Just Us Girls Challenge #847 - CASE a DT Week

This is a fun week for the Design Team.  It's always such a compliment when someone CASES you!  I had my foiling machine out to make a stash of sentiments.  Because foiling takes some time, I figured I might as well make a card too!

I used some Pink Fresh products [from Laura's Box] and as you can see, went to town!  Stripes, graphics and a sentiment!  

I will be honest, I have to be "in the mood" to drag out my foiling machine and use it.  But, when I do, I love the shiny end results~

STAMPlorations Day

I made a very quick card today!

Yep, it's another less than 5 min card creation!  I used the Quick Cards #14 Fall Leaves and Pumpkins A2 Card Front, along with a sentiment from Retro Gratitudes.

I added some gold thread from my stash.

October Instagram Embossing Folder Hop

The theme for this month's Instagram Embossing Folder Hop is Pattern Play.  I'll be honest, I'm not quite sure what this means.

 Therefore, I added color to a card panel before embossing. Once embossed, I swiped more ink over the top.  Seems playful to me 😉

Even if this isn't what they wanted, I am loving this end result!

AAA Card Challenge #326 - Sketch

An easy sketch for sure.

Apparently, I didn't look close enough, and my sentiment is placed differently.  Whoops.  Oh well, I like the balance of my placements.

I used a really old stamp for the background, and a fun gnome stamp. He makes me smile.

A fun sketch = a fun card!

CutCardStock Day

I do love this time of year.  Making Christmas cards is my favorite - I actually mail out my creations!

For this card I used the following colored card stock:  Red Wagon, Brilliant White, Hunter Green, Hot Fudge, Ginger Snap, and Gumdrop Green.  

This is an A2 size card.  I just cut the card base down so I could "hang over" the dome.  

I really am quite thrilled with this card. 😀
