How it works

What is a Work Group?

The NCETM have devised and honed a collaborative professional development model called a Work Group which we have adopted here at the BBO Maths Hub as the primary way of developing mastery-based teaching in the region. Work groups will typically run for up to a year, meeting regularly and with one or two nominated experienced Teaching for Mastery Specialist teachers taking the lead.

Community

Join the BBO Maths Hub Community and be part of a collaborative national network of 40 hubs, to develop and spread excellent practice for the benefit of all pupils and students

BBO Maths Hub projects

BBO Maths Hub offers a wide range of professional development programmes, including Subject Leadership, Subject Knowledge Enhancement across all phases including Further Education.
