The bourgeoisie is fueling a gold rush atmosphere in Germany and throughout Europe by attracting foreign capital.

If the capitalists celebrated 65 years of exploiting “guest workers” by bringing cheap laborers (from Turkey and Southern Europe) to Germany, then the dialectic of this situation states the following:

Today, foreign capital is being brought into Germany to sell out the German working class to the superpowers as cheap labor slaves—supposedly the only way to preserve German imperialism’s place in the sun among the superpowers. This will not save German imperialism. The big are devoured by the very big. Such is the law of global capital. Death to German imperialism!

As for dialectics, the circle is now getting complete—the world proletariat has finally grown sufficiently united to serve as the gravedigger of world capitalism. Now the world revolution, that has begun over hundred years ago, can finally be brought to a victorious end, for the world proletariat is now strong enough to unite all peoples - not only in Europe - in the overthrow of world imperialism.

 

 Chancellor Merz is in such deep trouble that he’s now even bringing in foreign capital to save himself from drowning in the flood he himself helped create.

He has sunk so deep that he’s selling out the German working class as cheap labor in its own country to foreign capitalists—and to top it off, he’s throwing millions upon millions of taxpayer dollars down the throats of foreign investors as an “incentive to do business in Germany.”

This is truly sickening!

This brazen and never-ending offensive by capital aimed at exploiting the workers must finally be stopped—by the workers themselves, and by no one else!

Against capital, the state, the coalition government, the opposition, against fascism and social fascism, and against the union bosses—the united red battle front of the working class against the rule of the bourgeoisie!

We Stalinist-Hoxhaists differ from the petty-bourgeois “Left” on the question of expropriation in that we first take action and confiscate the necessary housing for the homeless without compensation—and only discuss it afterward.
And once people have forgotten that public buildings can be anyone’s property, we will advocate for “full” freedom, which is nothing other than the end of the bourgeoisie’s freedom to withhold housing from those seeking it, and to exploit and oppress tenants.
Workers will only gain access to affordable housing under the dictatorship of the proletariat. When we Stalinist-Hoxhaists put forward this difficult, provocative slogan, it is because we know that the capitalist housing corporations in particular—and the exploiting class as a whole—will lay down their arms only in a desperate, relentless class struggle, and that they will cloak their rule with all manner of fine-sounding words.

Expropriation à la “the Left” is a fraud because it limits expropriation exclusively to the constitution—which is a constitution of capitalism and thus also a constitution for capitalist housing corporations. And even if individual expropriations were to occur under capitalism (purely hypothetically speaking), those expropriated would never accept it but would intensify their class struggle to reclaim their property. And as long as the capitalist system prevails, this is likely to be quite promising.

To put it briefly:
The opportunists, the petty bourgeoisie, the pseudo-left—they all foster the illusion that the capitalists can be expropriated within the framework of the capitalist order. In contrast, we Stalinist-Hoxhaists maintain that the working class must first seize political power before it can gain the authority to carry out expropriation.
And this is where the lines are drawn between reform and revolution. This is where these pseudo-left parties reveal their true colors, for they are bitter enemies of the socialist revolution, of revolutionary violence, of the smashing of capitalism, and of the establishment of the dictatorship of the proletariat on its ruins.
They stand on the other side of the barricade. Political power—that is, the power that directs the state—must pass from the hands of a government under the influence of the capitalists and large housing corporations, or from the hands of a government consisting directly of the elected representatives of the capitalists, into the hands of the working class.

We say that the housing crisis can only be ended by abolishing the current state and establishing a socialist order—that is, by expropriating the capitalist housing corporations, abolishing their private property, and transferring it to public ownership. Then the workers’ housing will no longer be controlled by the rich, who line their pockets with rent, but by the workers themselves and their elected revolutionary representatives.

“Bourgeois” means “owner.” The bourgeoisie comprises all owners taken together. The “big bourgeoisie” refers to large-scale owners. The “monopoly bourgeoisie” refers to monopoly owners. “Bourgeoisie” and “proletariat” essentially mean “owners” and “workers,” “the rich” and “the propertyless,” people who live off the labor of others, and people who work for others in exchange for wages.

We Stalinists-Hoxhaists view the expropriation of the expropriators as a fundamental prerequisite for the establishment of a socialist social order. We resolutely reject any attempt to downplay or obscure the revolutionary significance of the expropriation of the expropriators. The revolutionary significance of the expropriation of the expropriators lies precisely in the fact that capitalism must be smashed and private property socialized—that is, transformed into public property. When we speak of state ownership, we mean socialist state ownership, as opposed to ownership in the hands of the capitalist state.

Marx writes about “property that is at once individual and social”:

“It is the negation of the negation. This restores individual property, but on the basis of the achievements of the capitalist era: the cooperation of free workers and their common ownership of the land and the means of production produced by their own labor.” The transformation of the fragmented private property of individuals—based on their own labor—into capitalist private property is, of course, a process far more protracted, arduous, and difficult than the transformation of capitalist private property—which is in fact already based on social production—into social ownership.”
Lenin writes on this:

“That is all. The state of affairs brought about by the expropriation of the expropriators is thus described as the restoration of individual property, but ON THE BASIS of social ownership of the land and the means of production produced by labor itself.”

Marx speaks of an
“association of free people who work with common means of production and consciously expend their individual labor power as a social labor power. The total product of the association is a social product. A portion of this product serves once again as a means of production. It remains social. But another portion is consumed as food by the members of the association. It must therefore be distributed among them.” (Capital, Volume 1, page 84, German edition)
One need not be a great Marxist to apply this generally understandable concept, as presented by Marx, to the current issue of the expropriation of housing ownership.

The former head of Germany’s foreign intelligence service was arrested on suspicion of espionage and treason.
Anyone who still believes in a just German state of the capitalist type has only themselves to blame. Who will protect us from the “state security forces”?
We can only protect ourselves from our own “state security forces”!
This monopoly-capitalist state is corrupt to its very core.
But it cannot and will not collapse on its own. Like a parasite on the body of the people, it must be destroyed in the socialist revolution, and a socialist state must be built upon its ruins - to protect it from repeated infestations by state-capitalist parasites.

—not to be confused with the social-fascist state of the GDR, for the social-fascist GDR state was “socialist” in name only. In truth, it was a fascist state in which we Stalinist-Hoxhaists were imprisoned as the “main enemy”! The GDR was a state-capitalist state that was capitalist in essence and not socialist. Whether back then in the GDR or today in China—there has never been true socialism.

So beware of “left-wing” populism. To keep us from the revolution, the bourgeoisie has created hundreds of “left-wing” organizations. The history of the German bourgeoisie is a history of betrayal of communism. There must never again be fascism or social-fascism in Germany. These are the twins of anti-communism, which must be destroyed together!

And how?
Only Stalinism-Hoxhaism, only the teachings of the five classics of Marxism-Leninism, point the way to the abolition of the class state, the path to stateless world communism, and the end of the exploitation and oppression of people by people.

In a society without a state, we no longer need “state protectors” either.

Today, 118 years ago, our beloved comrade Enver Hoxha was born. He stands side by side with Marx, Engels, Lenin, and Stalin as the fifth classic of Marxism-Leninism. He remains deeply rooted in the minds and hearts of all true communists around the world. In this spirit, the Comintern (SH) sends greetings to the Albanian section and salutes all Hoxhaist comrades in Albania and throughout the world.

Enver Hoxha’s entire life was marked by a tireless, bitter struggle for the liberation of Albania, against global capitalism, against global imperialism, and against the currents of modern revisionism. From being Comrade Stalin’s best student, Enver Hoxha developed into the leader of the Marxist-Leninist world movement.

After Stalin’s death, Enver Hoxha led the struggle for the victory and defense of socialism in Albania and for world socialism for over 30 years without interruption. That is why great love and respect for Comrade Enver Hoxha reign in the hearts of the proletariat and the peoples of the world.

This is also the reason why the world bourgeoisie, the resurgent fascists, and their press ceaselessly sling mud at Comrade Enver Hoxha. Enver Hoxha, along with Stalin, has become the personification and symbol of the most repugnant anti-communism. To this very day, the bourgeoisie and the neo-revisionists have distorted history through their propaganda and cast Enver Hoxha’s work in a negative light in the minds of the people.

Enver Hoxha was no tyrant, no despot, no dictator, as the world bourgeoisie continues to portray him today.

The anti-communist defamation and condemnation of Comrade Enver Hoxha is directed in particular against the most progressive ideology of communism—Hoxhaism.

Enver Hoxha has earned his place among the great classics of Marxism-Leninism through his resolute and principled struggle to defend, consistently implement, and further develop the ideas of Marx, Engels, Lenin, and Stalin. For 40 victorious years, Enver Hoxha fought for socialism against the capitalist-revisionist encirclement of Albania. Consistent Marxist-Leninist revolutionary ideas run like a common thread through all the thoughts and works of Comrade Enver Hoxha. No fundamental error can be found in the works of the fifth classic of Marxism-Leninism. His work was carefully weighed in the interests of the proletariat and the working masses, in the interests of the revolution, socialism, and communism, in the interests of national liberation and anti-imperialist struggles, and in the interests of the world socialist revolution.

Enver Hoxha’s work was endorsed by the world proletariat and the peoples, for they saw that he fought against the oppression and exploitation they themselves had experienced firsthand. The world proletariat will recognize ever more clearly that the slanders against Enver Hoxha come precisely from those monsters who organize fascist and social-fascist mass torture and mass murder in capitalist-revisionist society—from those who are the cause of hunger, poverty, unemployment, and so much misery and war in the world. Therefore, one must not give credence to these slanders against Enver Hoxha.

We Stalinists-Hoxhists are condemned as left-wing extremists, as terrorists and political criminals, not only by the bourgeoisie but also from within the ranks of the so-called “left-wing scene.” Yet we are communists, honest people, and loyal followers of the teachings of Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin, and Enver Hoxha.

After Stalin’s death, Enver Hoxha became the most consistent leader in power against modern revisionism, through whom the anti-revisionist, Marxist-Leninist world movement was victoriously defended under the leadership of the world’s only and last socialist country—Albania.

Enver Hoxha was the creator of the comprehensive theory and tactics for defending the dictatorship of the proletariat in the anti-revisionist and anti-social-imperialist struggle of the world proletariat and for victoriously breaking through the global imperialist and social-imperialist encirclement of socialism in Albania.

The recognition of Enver Hoxha as the fifth classic of Marxism-Leninism was an inevitable line of demarcation drawn by the Comintern (SH)—in the year 2000—against all branches of revisionism, and by no one else. After Stalin’s death, modern revisionism produced its own gravedigger: Hoxhaism. However, one cannot rely on the foundations of Hoxhaism without further developing them. To do this, one must seriously and conscientiously study the works of Comrade Enver Hoxha.

The foundations of Hoxhaism must be tested in active class struggle, further developed, and modified in the fight against neo-revisionism. By “modifying,” the neo-revisionists, of course, mean nothing other than adapting Hoxhaism to bourgeois ideology: Hoxhaism in words and revisionism in deeds!

Global capitalism and the revisionists regarded socialist Albania, with Comrade Enver Hoxha at its helm, as their dangerous enemy and therefore strove from the outside to isolate Albania, while from within they fostered and organized the conspiracies of renegades, spies, traitors, and right-wingers. As long as Enver Hoxha lived, he mercilessly crushed these dangerous enemies.

The Albanian neo-revisionists, led by the traitor Ramiz Alia, remained within the ranks of the Party of Labor of Albania to take the fortress from within and undermine the correct Marxist-Leninist line of that party under the leadership of Enver Hoxha, while others outside the party but operated within the state, planning covertly or openly to sabotage the construction of socialism and advance the restoration of capitalism in Albania.

Only on the basis of Hoxhaism and its further elaboration will it be possible to finally smash neo-revisionism.

The teachings of Enver Hoxha are the teachings for the victorious construction of socialism during the period of the restoration of capitalism; they are the teachings of a fully developed socialism, based on relying on one’s own forces and the successful struggle to break through the capitalist-revisionist encirclement, particularly with the support of the Marxist-Leninist world movement and the anti-imperialist forces of the peoples.

Enver Hoxha proved that not only can even the weakest imperialist power be successfully broken out of the global imperialist chain (as Leninist theory has demonstrated), but even a country in which capitalism had not yet developed—that is, where the transition to socialism was accomplished without the intermediate stage of capitalism.

Enver Hoxha historically proved that the dictatorship of the proletariat, even in a small country like Albania, became the world center of communism, the lever and foundation of the world socialist revolution.

Enver Hoxha laid out the guidelines for the world-revolutionary destruction of the entire capitalist-revisionist world and all its counterrevolutionary organizations.

Enver Hoxha said:

“We Albanian Communists have successfully implemented Stalin’s teachings, first and foremost to have a strong, steel-hard party that remains steadfastly loyal to Marxism-Leninism and resolutely opposes the class enemies, and we have placed great emphasis on preserving the unity of thought and action within the party and strengthening the unity of the party with the people. We have followed Stalin’s teachings on the development of socialist industry and the collectivization of agriculture, and have achieved great success in doing so. Our party and our people will fight for the constant strengthening of the close alliance between the working class and the peasantry under the leadership of the working class. We will never be deceived by the flattery and tricks of our enemies, whether of a domestic or foreign policy nature, but will continue the class struggle both internally and externally and remain ever vigilant against their malicious activities. Otherwise, had we not remained vigilant, had we not faithfully applied the teachings of Marx, Engels, Lenin, and Stalin, Albania would have sunk into the quagmire of modern revisionism; it would no longer be independent and socialist; and we would no longer have the dictatorship of the proletariat, but would instead be slaves to the imperialist-revisionist powers.”

Enver Hoxha called on the Russian people:

“You must destroy the dictatorial fascist regime that hides behind deceptive slogans. You must know that those who lead you are fascists, chauvinists, and imperialists. They are preparing you as cannon fodder for a bitter imperialist war to kill the peoples and burn and ravage countries that had placed great hopes in the homeland of Lenin and Stalin. This is not what the peoples of the world expect from you. If you continue like this, they will no longer be able to respect you, but will come to hate you. The peoples of the world hate your current counterrevolutionary leadership, for the nuclear weapons they produce, the parades on Red Square, and the military maneuvers they organize have become a threat to the peoples and their freedom, just like those of American imperialism and global capitalism. The weapons and the army in the Soviet Union are no longer in the hands of the Soviet peoples and do not serve the liberation of the world proletariat. On the contrary, they are intended to oppress the world proletariat and other peoples. You must understand and realize that the enemies have long since led you astray from the path of revolution. The Khrushchevite revisionists are trying to instill in you feelings of superiority and domination over others. They claim that they are supposedly using your great strength to combat American imperialism and global capitalism, but that is false. Your rulers are at odds with American imperialism and world capitalism and are allied with them—not in the interest of the revolution, but because of their imperialist ambitions and their greed for the division of “spheres of influence” and domination over the peoples. The time has come for you to once again become what you were when Lenin and Stalin were still alive—glorious participants in the proletarian revolution. Therefore, you must not remain under the yoke of the enemies of the revolution and of the peoples, the enemies of the freedom and independence of nations.”

Today we also direct this appeal by Enver Hoxha to his own Albanian people, to the true communists in Albania:

Fight for the restauration of Socialism in Albania under the banner of comrade Enver Hoxha !

For us Stalinists-Hoxhaists and our sympathizers throughout the world, this 118th birthday must serve to strengthen the militant unity of our Red World Front despite all attempts by our enemies to prevent this.

We are convinced that we will weather every storm, just as the Party of Labor, under the leadership of Comrade Enver Hoxha, weathered every storm for 40 years.

At the April and July Plenums of the Central Committee in 1926, the Party resolutely rejected the demands of the Opposition and laid bare to the roots its anti-Party essence. The Opposition found no response among the basic masses of the workers. None the less, in the beginning of October 1926 the Opposition once more proceeded to an open attack against the Party. Trotsky, Zinoviev and the rest tried to address several nuclei in Moscow (at the Aircraft Accessories Works, at the RyazanUrals (Railway) and in Leningrad (at the Red Putilov), and tried to set these nuclei against the line of the Party. However, the Opposition suffered complete defeat here also. All nuclei without exception came out in solid support of the Leninist Central Committee, and against the attacks of the Opposition. In the Red Putilov Works the workers refused to let Zinoviev speak. Seeing their defeat, the leaders of the Opposition (Trotsky, Kamenev, Zinoviev, Pyatakov, Sokolnikov, Yevdokimov) on the eve of the Fifteenth Party Conference, on October 16, 1926, hied a statement in which they declared that they would abstain from further factional work. It subsequently appeared that this was a two-faced manoeuvre which the Opposition was anxious to execute in order to gain time until a more favourable opportunity would present itself and meanwhile to preserve its cadres.

Comrade Stalin emphasized the fact that the pessimistic defeatist line of Kamenev and Zinoviev and their acceptance of Trotsky’s position were not accidental, and that it was a recurrence of the defeatist, strike-breaking position which they had occupied in October 1917. The oppositional bloc became a rendez-vous for all bankrupt anti-Party currents not only in the C.P.S.U. but also in the Com intern, currents which had converged into one stream to fight against the Leninist line. By masquerading in “Left” garb, the Opposition drew nearer and nearer to the camp of the Mensheviks. It was no accident therefore that all the enemies of the dictatorship of the proletariat—the whiteguards, the Cadets, the Socialist Revolutionaries, the Mensheviks and Social-Democrats of other countries—openly welcomed the struggle of the oppositional bloc, hoping that this struggle would lead to a split in the C.P.S.U. and to the collapse of the dictatorship of the proletariat.

The “Theses on the Opposition Bloc in the CPSU (B)” were written by J. W. Stalin on behalf of the Politburo between October 21 and 25, 1926. The theses were discussed and adopted by the Politburo and the Central Control Commission of the CPSU (B).

The Conference sharply branded the attempts of Kamenev, Zinoviev and Trotsky to defend their anti-Party views ànd painted out the necessity of energetic fighting also in future against the Opposition and of frustrating its attempts to renew factionalism. The Seventh Enlarged Plenum of the Executive Committee of the Comintern (December 1926), acting on the report of Comrade Stalin (Once More Concerning the SocialDemocratic Deviation in Our Party) fully ratified the decision of the Fifteenth Conference on the Opposition. The Plenum disclosed the factional work of the Opposition in the fraternal Parties and its attempts to patch • together all factional groups for the purpose of engaging in a struggle against the Comintern in France, Germany and other countries. The Plenum emphasized the fact that by its struggle against the C.P.S.U. and the Comintern the Opposition was rendering direct aid to the enemies of the proletarian revolution and the traitors to communism.

Solidarity with the Spanish working masses fighting for the right to housing!

 

The immediate cause of the protests was the eviction of 87-year-old María del Carmen Abascal Martín. The building where she had lived since 1956 was taken over by the Urbagestión investment fund. The fund raised the disabled woman’s rent from 500 euros per month, first to 2,650, and ultimately to 1,650. With a pension of approximately 1,350–1,400 euros, Abascal was no longer able to pay it. On September 23, she was carried out of her apartment on a stretcher and taken to the hospital.

This is not an isolated case in the Spanish housing system. Throughout 2025, a total of 24,540 court-ordered evictions were carried out in Spain, of which as many as 18,317 were due to nonpayment of rent.

The price per square meter of housing in Spain rose from 8.20 euros in 2016 to 15.10 this year. The government reported that 26% of Spaniards who rent apartments spend an average of 40% of their income on rent and utility bills, while in the European Union that percentage is 18%.

In Madrid, about half a million people took to the streets to protest the inhumane housing situation in Spain. Protests also took place in Barcelona, Valencia, Seville, Bilbao, and Palma, among other cities. Under pressure from the masses, Urbagestión signed a new, eight-year lease agreement with Abascal, with rent not exceeding 30% of the woman’s net income. Under the terms of the agreement, she was to pay 500 euros per month again. Unfortunately, she did not live to return to her apartment – she died on October 7.

Because Parliament rejected decrees intended to ”increase tenant protection,” the social-fascist Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez dissolved Parliament and called for early elections. We, the Stalinist-Hoxhaists, know, however, that no decrees issued by capitalist governments can protect tenants from the greed of landlords.

As we wrote in our World Housing Program:

”Those who can no longer afford the rent are evicted by the state.

This is not surprising, because the capitalist state is the organized total power of the propertied classes, the landowners, the slumlords, and other capitalists over the exploited classes. The capitalist state makes laws for sellers of apartments against buyers of apartments, makes laws for landlords against tenants.

”Tenant protection in words and landlord protection in deeds” – that is the physiognomy of state housing policy under capitalism.”

In the same program, we say:

”In world socialism, tenants pay nothing.

This right is enshrined in the constitution of world socialism”.

We won't achieve this through decrees  – only through a socialist revolution!

An Appeal by the Young Communist International

Friday, September 24, 1926

An appeal from the Executive Committee of the Young Communist International to the working-class and peasant youth of the entire world, and to the soldiers and sailors of the imperialist armies and fleets, states:

“The young proletarians of the entire world must follow the current events in China with keen attention.

The victorious advance of the troops of the National Revolutionary Canton Government into the heart of China opens up an unprecedentedly broad perspective for the masses of the people in the struggle to shake off the imperialist yoke. In the liberated towns, the revolutionary workers’ movement is developing in a mighty tide. The mercenaries of the British exploiters—the executioner Wupeifu—have been smashed and trampled underfoot.

The predators of international imperialism sense the looming danger and are rushing to provide armed assistance to their hired bloodhounds, the Chinese militarists. They are preparing a massive intervention in China.

The reactionary British government, which plays the role of a policeman throughout the world, is taking the lead in the attacks against the Chinese people. The British imperialists are not only sending one cruiser after another to the Far East; they are also destroying entire settlements by fire and sword and murdering hundreds of completely innocent and peaceful civilians, as in the case of the bombing of the city of Wanshien.

Feverish negotiations are underway with the imperialists of other countries, particularly Japan, to establish a united front against the Chinese masses. The agent of the Japanese imperialists, Changtsolin, is provoking the Soviet Union in Manchuria.

The imperialists, clinging to the power slipping from their grasp, will stop at nothing to ignite the flames of world war and, at the same time, launch a crusade against the most loyal ally of the subjugated peoples—the revolutionary proletariat of the Soviet Union.

Comrades, brothers, young proletarians of the whole world!

You have always been—and must always be—in the front ranks of those fighting against the wars that international imperialism is preparing. The working people of the whole world must not allow the international robbers to drown the Chinese people’s struggle for liberation in blood.

All as one, let us rise up to fight against the heinous plans of the imperialist governments!

With this public announcement of a monthly newsletter for members and officials of the KPD made 100 years ago, the Comintern (SH) wishes to provide inspiration for organizing party work, training, and outreach to sympathizers—particularly in the areas of agitation and propaganda. Such a newsletter could perhaps be published today under the name “The Stalinist-Hoxhaist.”

 

The October issue of *Leninist*, the information and discussion bulletin of the Wasserkante district, has just been published. The new issue contains such a wealth of material that every party member should read it. In addition to the work plan for October and the calendar of events—which every party member must have—an introductory article succinctly outlines the situation and, based on this, defines the tasks that are specifically set out in the work plan. A map of the district, as well as two short articles, highlight the character of the district and the population size by municipality, thereby providing our officials and party workers with valuable reference material for their work. An overview of the economic structure of our province complements this material excellently.

We must devote more attention to agitation and propaganda in rural areas. Here, several articles based on the practical work and experience of individual comrades offer valuable insights.

An overview of industry in the Soviet Union, broken down by state-owned enterprises, cooperatives, private enterprises, and concessionary enterprises, is particularly valuable today, when interest in Soviet Russia is once again at the forefront. Several charts facilitate understanding.

The section from Lenin’s “Infantile Disorders” on revolutionary discipline will be of interest to every comrade. The lessons from the advertising campaign for the newspaper, the experience with workplace supplements, and other related topics, along with a necessary and excellent article “On Singing,” successfully complement the preceding material.

A few specific notes, particularly regarding the collection of dues, should go a long way toward remedying shortcomings in this area. All in all:

Manifesto of the Comintern (SH)

 

 

A specter is haunting the world—the specter of communism. All the powers of the old and new camps of world imperialism are joining forces in a holy alliance to drive out this specter.

This leads to two conclusions:

I.

World communism continues to be recognized as a common global enemy by all the powers of the old Western and the new Eastern imperialist camps. As far as their exploitative world order is concerned, they are essentially identical. The difference lies exclusively in their outward form of competition. While the old Western imperialist camp continues to fight openly against world communism, the Eastern world-imperialist camp is led by an imperialist superpower that hides behind the mask of “communism” in order both to eliminate the old, still-ruling Western imperialist world camp with capitalist weapons and then to defeat our future, emerging world-communist camp with our own communist weapons through the use of revisionism ("world communism" only in words—but "red" world capitalism in deeds).

II.

It is high time that we, as genuine communists, openly—before the eyes of the entire world—spread our world-revolutionary views and goals, our own Stalinist-Hoxhaist ideology, the ideology of Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin and Enver Hoxha, among the exploited and oppressed masses of the world, and politically defeat both the open and disguised enemies of the world proletariat in our class struggle against the world bourgeoisie.

Since the publication of Marx and Engels’ “Manifesto of the Communist Party” in 1848, the struggle between world revolution and opportunism—both in the political and ideological spheres—has centered on one question:

Is the world revolution necessary to transform world society on communist principles, or not? Can the transition from world imperialism to world communism be achieved by "peaceful" means, or is the revolutionary violence of the exploited and oppressed masses indispensable for the purpose of their worldwide liberation from capitalism?

We Communists disdain to conceal our views and aims. We openly declare that our ends can be attained only by the forcible overthrow of all existing social conditions. Let the ruling classes tremble at our world communist revolution.

The world proletariat has nothing to lose but its chains. We have a world to win - the world of communism !

Marx and Engels give us the answer in their famous "Communist Manifesto" written in 1848:

 

"The abolition of existing property relations is not at all a distinctive feature of communism. The distinguishing feature of communism is not the abolition of property generally, but the abolition of bourgeois property. But modern bourgeois private property is the final and most complete expression of the system of producing and appropriating products that is based on class antagonisms, on the exploitation of the many by the few.

In this sense, the theory of the Communists may be summed up in the single sentence: Abolition of private property. We Communists have been reproached with the desire of abolishing the right of personally acquiring property as the fruit of a man's own labor, which property is alleged to be the groundwork of all personal freedom, activity and independence.

Hard-won, self-acquired, self-earned property! Do you mean the property of petty artisan and of the small peasant, a form of property that preceded the bourgeois form? There is no need to abolish that; the development of industry has to a great extent already destroyed it, and is still destroying it daily.

Or do you mean the modern bourgeois private property?

But does wage labor create any property for the laborer? Not a bit. It creates capital, i.e., that kind of property which exploits wage labor, and which cannot increase except upon conditions of begetting a new supply of wage labor for fresh exploitation. Property, in its present form, is based on the antagonism of capital and wage labor. Let us examine both sides of this antagonism.

To be a capitalist, is to have not only a purely personal, but a social status in production. Capital is a collective product, and only by the united action of many members, nay, in the last resort, only by the united action of all members of society, can it be set in motion.

Capital is therefore not only personal; it is a social power.

When, therefore, capital is converted into common property, into the property of all members of society, personal property is not thereby transformed into social property. It is only the social character of the property that is changed. It loses its class character."

 

Nobody can hinder the Comintern (SH) to spread the ideas of Marx and Engels - globally - for free!

It is the nature of communism that the world community can study the works of Marx and Engels for free.

Of course, we publish these works for free - otherwise we would not be true communists!

Communism is no commodity - it is the theoretical basis of the workers' emancipation - thus the propertyless science of the propertyless working class.

Spreading Marxism in the internet for free is nothing else but the socialization of private copyright, is nothing but "expropriation of the expropriators", is nothing else but exactly the practical implementation of the ideas of Marx and Engels. This is both in the interest of Karl Marx and Frederick Engels and 99% of the world population !!

The abolition of private property is the crucial idea of Marx and Engels. And this is what we practice as genuine Marxists.

We have residence in no country - our residence is the boundless world.

To the Workers of All Countries!

 

The struggle of the Chinese people against their imperialist oppressors and their Chinese accomplices is advancing by leaps and bounds.

The advance of the Canton government’s army, which represents the democratic, anti-imperialist interests of the peasants, workers, intellectuals, and merchants of the southern provinces, has dealt a severe blow to the militarists and their backers, the imperialist great powers.

The enemies of the Chinese people’s freedom understand the full implications of the defeats looming over them. They are therefore preparing a massive counteroffensive.

The danger of a new armed intervention by the imperialist great powers in China has become enormous.

The British press has already launched a large-scale campaign in favor of such an intervention. Negotiations are already taking place in Tokyo between British and Japanese government representatives regarding the coordination of the intervention. The other great powers will attempt to secure their share of the spoils in due course.

British forces on the Yangtze River and in Canton have already gone into action. Further military reinforcements are on their way. The full-scale deployment of the intervention may be only a matter of days.

The military ruler of the northern provinces, Chang Tso-lin, whose military power has not yet been weakened, has, in violation of all treaties, committed a hostile act against the Soviet Union by seizing part of the property of the East China Railway, which—under the terms of the agreements in which the Soviet Union renounced all special privileges— is jointly owned by the Soviet Union and the East Chinese government.

This action is a direct provocation, the sole purpose of which can only be to drag the Soviet Union into military conflict. There is no doubt that British imperialism is also behind this action by Chang Tso-lin.

The ambitious intervention plan, evidently devised under British leadership, is thus directed not only against the Chinese people but also against the Soviet Union. Britain’s intrigues in the Far East are part of its broader strategy to encircle Soviet Russia from the west and the south.

The Communist International draws the attention of revolutionary workers and peasants in all countries to the grave danger posed to the cause of liberating the world from the yoke of capitalism by the new machinations of the great powers.

An armed intervention against the Chinese people and a new war against the Soviet Union would bring immeasurable calamity upon the entire world.

The masses of workers and peasants in the capitalist countries have already shown more than once that they are not willing to allow the imperialist great powers to take the field once again against the Chinese people, who are fighting for their liberation, or even against the Union of the first workers’ and peasants’ republics.

The Communist International calls upon the workers and peasants, and all circles sympathetic to the Chinese people’s struggle for freedom as well as to the socialist construction of the Soviet Union—from all strata of the population in the capitalist countries—to stand in the way of the imperialist plunderers and to prevent this new intervention by all means.

The world map that has been in use worldwide to date does not accurately represent the actual sizes of the countries.

 

Since all maps are projections of the three-dimensional globe onto a two-dimensional surface, they inevitably distort shapes, distances, areas, and directions. You can preserve area, or you can preserve shape, or you can preserve distance and direction, but simply not everything at once perfectly.
The Northern Hemisphere is depicted as disproportionately large because it stretches the landmasses—nearly 70% of which lie north of the equator—the more they approach the poles. For example, Canada and Russia appear much larger than they actually are. And Greenland and Africa appear to be roughly the same size on the world map, even though Africa’s area is about 14 times larger than Greenland’s.
The so-called “Mercator map” from the 16th century serves as the template for all world maps in use to date (which Google Maps, for example, has also adopted). This is a historical world map based on a perspective from 450 years ago!
Objectively speaking, this represents a significant distortion of the true image of the world. The Komintern (SH) considers the decision to correct this now to be justified on scientific grounds and supports it, even though it is admittedly understandable to have to say goodbye to the familiar image of the world map.
The outdated world map is to be replaced by a new one, the so-called “Equal Earth” projection, which better represents the relative sizes of the landmasses.
However, this “Equal Earth” projection does affect certain shapes and angles, particularly in New Zealand, which appears stretched diagonally and lies at the edge of the map.
So far, so good—if it weren’t for the fact that King Donald Trump is simultaneously trying to reshape the world map to his own advantage. After all, the U.S. is the only country in the world that voted against the September 4 resolution in the UN, which calls for this new (i.e., corrected) “Equal Earth” world map to gradually replace the old map from 450 years ago.

And what are Google and Apple doing?
Google Maps and Apple Maps, for example, changed the names of the Gulf of Mexico and Lake Ontario for users in the U.S. in accordance with Trump’s wishes.
Annexing the world is a law of global imperialism, and the big tech giants are playing an increasingly significant role in this.

And since Trump knows that the U.S. could lose its global dominance in the near future—and that even a world war instigated by the U.S. would ultimately do nothing to change that—he’s already taking the precaution of renaming geographical features, such as the Gulf of Mexico to the Gulf of America, Lake Ontario to Lake of America, and so on. Trump’s appetite for ever-greater wealth is insatiable. In this respect, he is no different from all the other billionaires in the world.
And so that he can continue his global expansion as before, he has promised $5,000 to every American who votes for the Republicans in the midterm elections. And where bribery fails, the world is redistributed through imperialist wars, following the law of the strongest. Thus, it is Putin and Xi who are attempting to seize world domination in order to exploit as large a portion of the world—the world’s population, outer space, and so on—as possible.
Just as the ruling class determines its own worldview and ideology, so does it do so for the purpose of destroying the worldview and ideology of the classes it oppresses and exploits.

As the representative of the interests of the exploited and oppressed classes, the Comintern (SH) upholds the worldview and ideology of the world proletariat, scientific socialism, the teachings of the five classics of Marxism-Leninism, and Stalinism-Hoxhaism.
Renaming is all smoke and mirrors. It is not the label but what is inside that counts. Things do not change simply the owner by giving things a new name. It is generally not the form externally that matters, but the content inside.

World maps are products of class society and are shaped by the ruling classes of the day. Today, U.S. imperialism voted unanimously in the UN against continuing to depict Greenland as the same size as Africa on world maps, because Africa is actually fourteen times larger. It would come as no surprise if Trump, in his delusions of grandeur, were to declare the world flat once again—a flat world on which only the U.S. flag flies.

It is no coincidence that this entire debate over the world map is being waged so heatedly right now, given the turbulence in world affairs. And it is no coincidence that UN resolutions remain completely ineffective, because although the peoples raise their collective voice, they are unable to enforce it. Under world socialism, this would not only be possible but also enforceable.

Global imperialism has an urge to expand ever further, if possible beyond the boundaries of the globe. And since the Earth neither grows nor shrinks, the superpowers manipulate the redistribution on the world map in accordance with the redistribution of the world according to the law of the strongest. And this has never happened without wars of conquest and will continue to be decided by wars of conquest—as long as world domination emanates from the global bourgeoisie. Old borders are dissolved in order to draw new ones—as was the case, for example, with the borders on the world map before and after the world wars. And today? Take a look at the world maps in the U.S., China, and Russia, and you’ll find that none of the world maps used there match. These are world maps designed to serve the interests of their own countries alone.

Under world socialism, there will only be globally uniform world maps—ones that do not reflect the interests of the respective “strongest” world powers, but rather increasingly and objectively reflect the real world based on scientific findings. The Comintern (SH) assumes that the problem of shifting boundaries in class society can only be solved through a classless society, through the dissolution of all borders—that is, through the abolition of all property relations. This world and everything that surrounds it is not owned by humans or other living beings. We repeat it for the thousandth time: We are fighting for boundless world communism by abolishing property relations worldwide—that is, both on Earth and beyond Earth.

This debt can be repaid only through the definitive eradication of German fascism by means of an anti-fascist revolution—which, by its very nature, must be an anti-capitalist, socialist revolution—that overthrows the dictatorship of the bourgeoisie and establishes the dictatorship of the proletariat.

Anyone who supports the AfD is taking on a heavy historical burden of guilt, because doing so promotes and accelerates the resurgence of fascism in Germany and, consequently, the rise of global fascism as a whole.

Fascism has already dragged the world into the abyss once before. Do you want to repeat that?

Understand that this must never happen a second time!

We Stalinist-Hoxhaists must make these grim consequences for future generations crystal clear, especially to those who support the AfD.

Of all those who voted for the AfD, it is first and foremost the workers—both men and women—whom we must convince of the AfD’s dangerous deception and free them from their illusions that the AfD would be an “alternative.” This will only make everything that’s coming your way much worse!

The capitalists are to blame for all of the current misery. That is why capitalism must be abolished. And the AfD is not suited for this either, because it is a capitalist party just like all the others, which have no interest in revolutionarily abolishing capitalist conditions. On the contrary: the AfD stands for open, brutal terror of exploitation and oppression and crushes everything that stands in its way.

“Alternative” in words, but in deeds driving the misery of present-day capitalism to new extremes—that is the true nature of AfD fascism.

Therefore:

The next step is to win over the workers to the Red World Front, to convince them of the need for anti-fascism and world communism—the only force capable of liberating the entire world from capitalism, fascism, imperialist war, and all evil.

What does the recent electoral victory of the fascists in Germany teach us Stalinist-Hoxhaists?

This electoral victory provides dangerous fuel for the restoration of German fascism. The revival of its historical roots serves to strengthen the global network of fascism and facilitate its international spread.
Just as German fascism is becoming increasingly significant for the expansion of world fascism, it is becoming all the more firmly integrated into the imperialist world order and is being exploited, directed, and controlled by the overarching superpowers.
This intensifies the internal contradictions of world fascism, which accelerate its downfall. But fascism can ultimately be eliminated only through the victory of the world socialist revolution over the world bourgeoisie, which by its very nature is an anti-fascist and anti-imperialist revolution led by the world proletariat. The more thoroughly and completely world fascism and world imperialism are overcome, the easier the victory of socialism will be, also on a national scale.

We exist to set a standard of justice for this world and to point the people of the world in the right direction.
The purpose of this Communist International Declaration (SH) that we are releasing is to draw people’s attention to us, to help them see clearly the source of the world’s disasters and how to find refuge—or even a way to eliminate them. Do not let the moral will of imperialism overshadow your last remaining conscience; if you do, you will merely become its puppet, the justification for its existence, and the “achievement” of its existence.
If productive forces continue to develop in silence, we will ultimately discover that the fruits of our labor will be exploited to become a violent machine used to suppress us, and that the majority of those fruits will be quietly diverted elsewhere. The dust of war will blind everyone’s eyes; all hatred will be transformed into “national and personal grievances,” and war will rage on, both internally and externally.
Whether at home or abroad, in places familiar to you or in the unknown, there will be no peace anywhere. When financial capitalism has truly come to dominate everything, all hypocrisy ceases to be hypocritical, and all truth ceases to be true; humanity has nearly reached its end. All resources are prioritized for the “superior” elite class, while civil wars rage within the slums. The vultures perched on the branches merely watch as the jackals on the ground fight over the last scraps of meat.
Proletarians, it is time to raise your voices, to let out the fierce cry from your hearts, and to prepare for this final struggle—until the four seas become one family, until the entire Earth becomes the homeland of the world’s proletariat.
Workers, it is time to use your steel-like arms to reclaim the value of your labor. What we have built is not for those vile butchers and snake-like creatures—it is, after all, for ourselves.
Red Army troops, it is time to open your eyes wide, turn your guns around, and prepare for the battle against imperialism and revisionism. The people’s army is not only skilled in combat; it must also have clear vision to discern who the imperialists and social-imperialists are. Do not let today’s bullets accidentally strike you tomorrow.
Comrades, the time has come! Let us rally together! Let us vindicate labor! Let us restore the true definition of labor! Sacred labor must never be abused or distorted. We must follow in the footsteps of the Five Classics of Marxism-Leninism to restore freedom to the concept of labor, elevate moral standards to a higher realm, transform the realm of necessity into the realm of freedom, and erase the era in which things determine people, and open a new chapter—the era in which man determines things, a new era of world communism belonging exclusively to us, the proletariat. Let this brand-new workers’ congress abolish the rotten bourgeois congresses; even in the most democratic bourgeois republic, some will still be enslaved. Only this fiery, steel-like proletarian will—pure and hard as steel forged and tempered in the flames—can prevail.
Let the sparks forged from this steel scatter across the world! These sparks of new life will grow stronger with each generation. Only true communism can save all of humanity, and true communism, too, will be forged through countless trials. There is only one world, one communism, and one Communist Party—namely, the new world belonging solely to the proletariat; a communism that takes the Five Classics of Marx and Lenin as the standard against revisionism; and one Communist International (SH).

The Great Moscow Trial this August was undoubtedly the most powerful blow against those social-imperialists and anti-Communists.
This trial, directed against the Trotsky-Zinoviev terror center, has undoubtedly once again exposed the false faces of those pseudo-communists, revealed these White Guards’ subservience to bourgeois rule, and laid bare the cunning of these counterrevolutionaries.
“The trial of the ‘Zinoviev-Trotskyite Alliance’ built upon the lessons of previous trials, clearly demonstrating that Zinoviev and the Trotskyists have united all hostile bourgeois elements; they have become spies for the German secret police and a means of diversion— —terrorist agencies; double-dealing and concealment are the only means by which Zinoviev and the Trotskyists infiltrate our organization, while vigilance and political acumen are the surest means of preventing such infiltration—that is, by purging the Zinoviev-Trotskyist gang.
(…) Contemporary Trotskyism is no longer a political current within the working class. Contemporary Trotskyism is not a political current within the working class, but rather a gang devoid of principles and ideals, whose members include saboteurs, diversions, intelligence agents, spies, murderers—a gang of mortal enemies of the working class, in the pay of intelligence agencies or foreign states.”
Every word here tells us that every true communist must also be a conscious member of the Cheka, and must remain constantly on guard against the sinister designs of class enemies—especially the anti-communist activities of pseudo-communists. Today, these historical socialist trials are more meaningful than ever before. Let us reflect on these trials and the necessity of dialectical analysis, and let us also learn that if such people were allowed to slip into our ranks, everyone’s future would be gravely jeopardized. Comrade Kirov is a tragic example—a tragic ending—murdered in a joint plot by a White Guard agent in disguise and the National Socialist police of Fascist Germany.

This belated trial of justice may not quell the lingering anger of the victims, but it offers us, the next generation, a new opportunity to learn: how to dialectically see through counterrevolutionaries and their conspiracies. Undoubtedly, these anti-communists will one day meet a fate where they will die without a proper burial.
Long live the death of anti-communism! Long live the establishment and construction of world communism!

August 25 is the anniversary of Comrade Ernst Aust. The torch of anti-revisionism was passed from Stalin to Enver Hoxha, and Enver Hoxha in turn passed it on to Ernst Aust.
Although Comrade Ernst Aust endured public humiliation at the hands of social-fascists and oppression by the bourgeois government during his lifetime, he nevertheless responsibly did his utmost to carry out the construction of communism to the end and broke decisively with all kinds of revisionist and social-fascist elements. Without a doubt, Ernst Aust was one of Enver Hoxha’s closest comrades-in-arms; they fought together and never betrayed communism. These facts once again demonstrate to us the importance of internationalism and the necessity of breaking with revisionists.
Comrade Ernst Aust did his utmost to uphold scientific Marxism-Leninism and left behind the legacy of Stalin-Hoxhaism. This great legacy is undoubtedly a noble revolutionary achievement for the world’s working people, and his numerous speeches have undoubtedly inspired both the people in the regions where he spoke and other revolutionary masses who have not yet had the opportunity to hear them. NEVER AGAIN FASCISM!

Even before the global economic crisis of 2008–2009 began, Germany could only maintain its dwindling position in the world market through increased exploitation of the working class and wages that were lower than those in other major capitalist countries.

Today, the two superpowers—the U.S. and China—accompanied by the Russian imperialism dominate the global events. It is therefore not surprising that, in competition with them, capitalism in Germany is forced to exploit and oppress its “own” working class to the bitter end. Far from coming to an end, the economic crisis is exacerbating the precarious situation in which Germany finds itself within the world today. The bourgeoisie and its government see no other way out than to carry out their attacks on the living standards of working people ever more openly and brutally. The Grand Coalition of the SPD and CDU/CSU is determined to drive Germany’s workers into utter impoverishment.

The Grand Coalition’s years-long, constantly repeating deception of the masses—promising to bring about improvement through “reforms”—is generating uncontrollable anger and discontent among the population, especially in the East. Thus, the bourgeoisie has no choice but to lay the groundwork here for the rise and growth of the AfD: the end of bourgeois democracy through the establishment of open fascism.

Little by little, all our political rights are being stripped away. Parliament is effectively losing the power to decide on the most important issues; strikes are ruthlessly crushed; our communist newspapers are banned; revolutionary workers’ organizations are dissolved; assemblies and revolutionary demonstrations are prohibited; and a witch hunt is waged against every critical voice. Unrestricted rule through emergency decrees and special courts is beginning. Society’s most basic needs are no longer being met. Rising prices and ever-deeper cuts to social benefits are making life unbearable for the masses. Everything that keeps our society alive is being taken away from it and funneled into the pockets of the capitalists.

Yet all these concessions are not enough to enable the bourgeoisie to alleviate the burdens of the crisis at the expense of the working people. The capitalists are demanding that the government exert ever-greater pressure on the workers and peasants.

The impoverishment and despair of the masses resulting from the unbearable burdens of the global economic crisis, as well as the Great Coalition’s policy of attacking all working people, have enabled the AfD to continually expand its populist influence over the broad masses. They are fanning the flames of an unbelievable hatred of humanity among the masses. They claim that everything bad is the result of immigration policy in particular and communism in general—and not, for example, the capitalist system, which they defend with the most brutal terror. Their demagoguery knows no bounds. With extraordinary cynicism, they tailor their fascist slogans to whatever audience they are addressing at the time, including the working class. To the workers, they hold out the prospect of higher wages; to the unemployed—generous social benefits or work (labor service à la Hitler!); grandiose promises are, of course, made only at public rallies with fraudulent intent. Behind the scenes, the AfD conducts negotiations with representatives of the bourgeoisie with the firm intention of serving the capitalists and not the workers. The fascists receive generous financial support from their own bourgeoisie, but also from the American and Russian bourgeoisie—from foreign capital.

In words, “everything for Germany”; in deeds, the sellout of Germany to the great powers— e.g. the U.S., Russia, and China!

The bourgeoisie practices a double standard. In words, it speaks of “suspected anti-constitutionalism” within the AfD and swears by the “firewall,” against alliance with the fascists, while in deeds it goes easy on the fascists or even defends, supports, and collaborates with them—so as to be able to fall back on them in the event of an intensified class struggle, as a counterrevolutionary civil war reserve to ward off the danger of a socialist revolution. The AfD is needed as a spearhead in the fight against communism.

Increased exploitation is not only the result of a direct reduction in nominal wages, but also of the very rapid rise in work intensity and the acceleration of the production process.

Artificial intelligence is robbing hundreds of thousands of workers of their jobs. As for growing unemployment, particularly among young people, statistics are manipulated at will, and the truly devastating extent of unemployment is kept hidden from the workers. The bourgeois propaganda machine paints all this misery in a rosy light.

The Social Democrats spread the lie among workers that their poor material situation is not at all related to the SPD’s betrayal, but rather depends directly on the declining international competitiveness of German industry on the world market. The villains, who are to blame for everything, are always just “the others,” never they themselves. The SPD has been parroting this for over a hundred years, as if from a prayer book. Social democracy, which continues to serve the bourgeoisie even in the current time of crisis, is participating even more openly in the Grand Coalition government’s merciless attack on workers’ living standards. In doing so, the SPD is driving its proletarian voters straight into the arms of the AfD. Both are working hand in hand on the path to fascism—just as they did before 1933. There can be no doubt about that. And the opposition ? It is just a bourgeois opposition, defending capitalism against communism.

Yet compared to the pace at which fascist forces are growing in Germany, the influence of us communists is growing far too slowly. Compounding this is the social-fascist quagmire of the motley petty-bourgeois “left” spectrum. In this “left” quagmire, anti-communism against us Stalinists and Hoxhaists continues to thrive. It is clear that there can be no popular front with the social-fascist quagmire, these precursors of fascism. History has shown where Dimitrov’s united front tactics led—into the arms of the bourgeoisie, into the fascist GDR state, which was “socialist” in name only but in reality an anti-communist prison for workers and peasants. We Stalinist-Hoxhaists spent time in the GDR as political prisoners, labeled “Public Enemy No. 1,” in its prisons. We know what we’re talking about when we speak of the social-fascist GDR, which must never be restored! Those who advocate for the restoration of the GDR are among our class enemies. We fight against the revisionists wherever they oppose us.

If we compare the situation of the working class in 1933 with its situation today, the KPD under Ernst Thälmann had great mass influence at that time, in contrast to our situation today. Nevertheless, the KPD did not call for a socialist revolution in 1933 because the revolutionary situation had not yet matured; for Lenin defined the conditions for the socialist revolution as follows:

“For the revolution, it is not enough that the exploited and oppressed masses recognize the impossibility of living as before and demand change; for the revolution, it is necessary that the exploiters can no longer live and rule as they did before. Only when the ‘lower classes’ no longer want the old regime and when the ‘upper classes’ are no longer able to rule as before—only then can the revolution succeed.”

This truth can also be expressed differently:

A revolution is impossible without a deep crisis affecting both the exploited and the exploiters. It follows that it is essential for the revolution, first, that a majority of the workers (or at least a majority of the conscious, thinking, politically active workers) fully understand the necessity of the revolution and are prepared to sacrifice their lives for it; second, that the ruling class finds itself in a government crisis that draws even the most backward masses into politics … weakens the government, and facilitates its rapid overthrow by the revolutionaries.”

Had all these conditions matured in Germany by January 1933?

No. The majority of the woking class was not ready for the armed uprising against Hitler fascism.

Faced with the threat of a proletarian revolution, the entire bourgeoisie stood united against the revolutionary proletariat—despite the divisions within the ruling classes. The overwhelming majority of the petty bourgeoisie sided with the bourgeoisie represented by Hitler, who promised them the return of the “great old Germany” (“Make Germany great again!”), in which the petty bourgeoisie had lived under more or less tolerable conditions. The proletariat was divided by the Social Democratic Party, which was still followed by the majority of workers. Thus, the exploiters remained in a position to live and rule, and were still able to exploit the working class, using new, fascist police methods.

But can we say that the majority of Social Democratic workers bear no political responsibility for their actual refusal to actively participate in the revolutionary struggle against fascism? No, we cannot. We Communists say this openly to the faces of the Social Democratic workers. The thorn of anti-communism, which the SPD leaders implanted in them over a hundred years ago, runs too deep. While we intensify our agitation among the “left” workers, we must openly point out their serious mistakes, which have had and will have such grave consequences for the working class. This is all the more necessary given that the “left” reformists may yet launch a few more alleged “left-wing” maneuvers and set up “illegal” organizations, with the aim of deceiving the workers once again to prevent them from defecting to the Comintern (SH).

Why is the bourgeoisie courting the AfD?

Because it fears that without the AfD, it will be unable to exert even greater pressure on the working class.

No proof is needed to show that the Hitler regime has nothing to offer the working class but the bleak prospect of hunger, cruel exploitation, bloodstained racial hatred, and blind loyalty unto death sascrified to the German imperialists in World War II.

The German national budget deficit is growing year by year. The policy of fascism consists of plundering the workers in every conceivable way. This policy cannot be enforced without a further intensification of unbridled terror. Yet no government can remain in power for long through terror alone—not even in Germany, which has already experienced this terror once before in history. Let us not forget one thing: Germany once stood on the brink of a proletarian revolution, had a battle-hardened Communist Party, and today, unfortunately, has only a small but world-revolutionary section of the Communist International (Stalinists-Hoxhaists).

Through its provocations and unprecedented terror—especially against foreigners, asylum seekers, and refugees—the AfD is drawing well-deserved hatred worldwide.

The workers of the world, regardless of their political views, are familiar with the AfD, just as they are familiar with Hitler’s fascism. The AfD must therefore expect international resistance from the entire world proletariat and internationalist solidarity with us German Stalinist-Hoxhaists.

There are irreconcilable differences between the various groups of capitalists. For example, the interests of export-oriented capitalists and those who exploit the domestic market, and so on, are in conflict with one another. Similarly, the interests of capitalists and large landowners, as well as those of large landowners and the banks, and so on, clash. These differences are resurfacing with renewed force due to the catastrophic global situation, while, on the other hand, the financial and economic crisis in Germany is becoming increasingly critical. Just as Hitler did in 1933, the AfD is coming to power at the height of a massive government crisis. The AfD has nothing to offer the workers. On the contrary: the screws that the bourgeoisie has tightened on the population will be brutally tightened further by the fascists. But the AfD cannot save the German bourgeoisie. On the contrary, the fascists will only hasten its downfall—and with it, the victory of the socialist revolution.

Fascism drives the polarization of class society to its extreme. As events unfold, a situation will arise in which fascism cannot maintain its power without a veneer of “leftism,” and then it will use the so-called “left” to prevent workers from defecting to the Comintern (SH).

And in the underground?

The party organizations, especially those at the grassroots level, will begin to function independently and will demonstrate great activity, particularly in publishing their own social media content. We must ensure that the underground central organ “World Revolution” is published regularly and truly reaches the workers. The underground work of the Comintern (SH) will one day gain strength. The German proletariat will eventually recover from the fascist blows. The facts show that resistance against the fascists is growing. The Comintern (SH) must now reorganize itself on an illegal basis. This does already take place. It has already begun to carry out this task. In the past, party organizations waited until the headquarters sent out an appeal, until the headquarters decided what stance to take in a particular case, until instructions on all matters were received. Now it is impossible to wait and put things off. Precisely under these difficult circumstances, comrades on the basis must prove that they themselves show the greatest degree of initiative. Their initiative should be welcomed, further developed, and improved in every respect. This will enable the Comintern (SH) to mobilize the entire party. If only half—or even just a third—of the heroism that the Comintern (SH) displays in street battles against the fascists were also expressed in its work in the factories and trade unions, the Comintern (SH) might have already a small portion of the working class behind it. While the Comintern (SH) comprehensively expands its work in the workplaces, it must send its most reliable comrades—and, moreover, comrades who are not known in the respective workplace—into the class-hostile workplace organizations to undermine them from within and expose the fascists within their own organizations.

If we Communists do not make every effort to carry this out, we will suffer a setback. Work in the factories is currently taking on even greater importance than before, and all our efforts must be focused on solving this task. We must strive by all means, especially through the RGO (Revolutionary Union's Opposition), to penetrate the factories and consolidate our position there.

The dual lessons of 1923 and 1933 should finally convince us that, unless we consolidate our position in the workplaces, we will fail to fulfill the primary task necessary for organizing our forces—a task aimed at overthrowing fascism and bringing the victorious proletarian revolution to completion.

We Communists must fight against the fascistization of the unions alongside the revolutionary trade union opposition beginning within the lower-level union organizations. However, this does not mean that we can abandon the task of continuing to organize our illegal red unions throughout Germany and all over the world.

Leaving the fascist unions and organizing our own illegal unions is the right path. But before we fully adopt this tactic, we must mobilize the broadest possible elements of the working class for the struggle against the fascistization of the unions. Down with the social imperialist, social-fascist leaders of the yellow unions ! This is the main task of our union work at the present time. At the same time, we must continue to work among the workers who remain in the fascist unions in order to win them over to our side.

It is extremely important for us Communists to immediately launch an energetic campaign of oral and written agitation aimed at exposing the fascists. For their part, the fascists use every possible provocation and intrigue in the struggle against communism to sow disintegration and confusion within our ranks.

We show the workers in the daily class struggle that the Comintern (SH) is the only party that truly defends the interests of the proletariat and organizes it for victory over the bourgeoisie and the construction of socialism.

The Comintern (SH) lives on and will live on.

It has entered the struggle under new, clandestine conditions and is proving its agility, steadfastness, and adherence to principles in the struggle for the world socialist revolution.

The temporary retreat of the working class—to deny which would be self-deception—does not, however, mean the collapse of the process or the end of the revolutionary crisis. We will never give up our revolutionary fight for world communism.

The conditions of the class struggle in Germany and throughout the world are maturing ever more rapidly—conditions under which the armed uprising is transforming from a propaganda slogan into a call to action, and under which the party is moving toward the direct realization of this slogan. The proletarian revolution in Germany is inevitable as well as that of the proletarian world revolution.

The Comintern (SH) must do everything in its power to win the working class over to its side, step by step, and then to organize the revolution, lead it, and bring it to complete victory.

Death to fascism in all its forms, including social fascism and eco-fascism!

What is labor aristocracy ?

 

Expose the strike-breaking betrayal
of the yellow union leaders and denounce the leaders of the bourgeois, reformist, revisionist, and neo-revisionist parties!

 

 

The labor aristocracy is that small ruling stratum within the working class that owes its privileged position to the fact that it has curried favor with and sold itself to imperialism in order to betray the revolutionary liberation of the whole working class, particularly the lower strata. The labor aristocracy serves the rule of the imperialist world system by dividing the working class’s struggle for liberation ideologically, politically, and organizationally.The labor aristocracy, together with the “left-wing” intellectual petty bourgeoisie, forms the social root of opportunism.
Lenin teaches:

“Political reaction, (...) corruption and bribery on a massive scale are characteristics of imperialism.
It is therefore our duty (...), to go deeper into the lowest strata, to the real masses: therein lies the whole significance of the struggle against opportunism and the whole content of this struggle. By exposing the fact that the opportunists and social-chauvinists (“defenders of the fatherland”) in reality betray and sell out the interests of the masses, that they defend the temporary privileges of a minority of workers, that they are agents of bourgeois ideas and influences, and that they are in reality allies and agents of the bourgeoisie, we teach the masses to recognize their true political interests and to fight for socialism and revolution through all the long and agonizing vicissitudes of imperialist wars and imperialist armistices.
Making clear to the masses the inevitability and necessity of breaking with opportunism, educating them for revolution through a relentless struggle against opportunism, and using the experiences of war to expose—not to cover up—all the vileness of national-liberal labor politics—this is the only Marxist line in the labor movement throughout the world.

What is important is that the separation of the layer of the labor aristocracy and its transition to the bourgeoisie has matured economically and has been completed. The mechanics of political democracy work in the same direction. The masses cannot be led without a far-reaching, systematically applied, and well-equipped system of flattery, lies, and trickery—one that juggles with popular catchphrases and promises the workers all manner of reforms and benefits—provided they renounce the revolutionary struggle to overthrow the bourgeoisie.
Wherever Marxism is popular among the workers, this [opportunist] political current—this “bourgeois workers’ party”—will swear by the name of Marx. It has often been the case in history that the names of revolutionary leaders who were popular among the oppressed classes were exploited by their enemies after the leaders’ deaths to mislead the oppressed classes.” (Lenin, Volume 23, pp. 115–118, German edition)

Resolution of the Comintern (SH)

of 23 February 2023

 

The Comintern (SH) decides today to date the foundation day of the Red World Army to 23 February 1918, the 105th anniversary of Lenin and Stalin's Red Army.

So, we will celebrate the future anniversaries of the Red World Army at the same time as the foundation day of Lenin's and Stalin's Red Army.

The Comintern (SH) will publish its new military organ "The Red World Army" in different languages.

The foundation of the World Red Army is long overdue. The birth of the Red World Army was only a matter of time. There has never been any doubt about its necessity in principle since the founding of the Comintern (SH). Look at the rifle in our party symbol. The rifle symbolises nothing but the Red World Army.

We could have founded the Red World Army already on the 100th anniversary (in 2018). Now we have chosen the 105th anniversary for this. Why? For a serious, concrete reason :

24 February 2023 - first anniversary of the Ukrainian War

and first day after the founding of the Red World Army

The specific reason for choosing today's date is tomorrow's 1st anniversary of the outbreak of the Ukrainian war. We attach importance to establishing this date as a historical fact, namely, that the Red World Army had already been established before the 1st anniversary of the Ukrainian War, even if only by one day.
We know that all honest and sincere communists agree with the stand of us Stalinist-Hoxhaists, namely, to strongly condemn the invasion of Ukraine by the Russian imperialist army and the Russian genocide of the Ukrainian people.
Under Lenin and Stalin's Red Army, such a war of extermination against the Ukrainian people would have been unthinkable. The Ukrainian and Russian people have supported each other in solidarity against all common enemies. Never would a socialist people invade a brother socialist people. Today, it is equally important for the Ukrainian and Russian people to support each other in solidarity against the bourgeoisie in their own country, which has come to power after the restoration of capitalism in Russia and Ukraine. Hatred is sown with the great power chauvinism of the Russian bourgeoisie and with the nationalism of the Ukrainian bourgeoisie. This hatred costs the blood of both peoples. The fascist dictatorship of the bourgeoisie rules in both countries.
The Red World Army answers the imperialist war with the armed force of proletarian internationalism.
Those who want to fight the imperialist war must join the Red World Army and take up the proletarian weapon of class struggle.
The intervention of the Red Army is needed now, the military action of proletarian internationalism, the concrete action of fraternisation of the Ukrainian and Russian soldiers in the class war against the exploiters and oppressors in their own country.

The Red World Army's call of struggle to all armies throughout the world is:
"Turn your guns around, turn them against your capitalist commanders and force them to surrender!"
"Stop the mutual slaughter of peoples in the service of the profit of the world capitalists!"
"War on the imperialist war !
Organise yourselves into a section of the Red World Army in Ukraine, in Russia and in every country of the world !
Prevent the expansion to a Third World War !
Prepare militarily for civil war against the world bourgeoisie, prepare for world socialist revolution !

With the liberation of Ukraine from the yoke of tsarist imperialism by the Bolsheviks, with the victory of the Red Army over the White Guards in the Civil War or with the expulsion of the German imperialists from Ukraine in the Great Patriotic War - the Ukrainian War has nothing in the least to do with all this. Whoever lumps Lenin and Stalin together with Putin and does not separate them from each other, whoever confuses the Red Army with the Putin Army, is an anti-communist - whether openly or concealed !
How should the honest and sincere communists relate to the Ukrainian war today ?
We can fight alongside the Ukrainian people only under three conditions for their liberation in general, and for the end of the war in particular:

1. condition

We stand with the Ukrainian people neither on the side of the eastern nor western camp of world imperialism, because world imperialism is not concerned with liberation but with the subjugation of Ukraine and with the exploitation of the Ukrainian people, whether it is exploitation by eastern or western imperialism. The world proletariat fights world imperialism in its eastern as well as in its western camp. This is the internationalist duty of the world proletariat towards the Ukrainian people. The Ukrainian people, for their part, are fighting against the interests of the Eastern and Western imperialists to annex Ukraine.

2. condition

The war in Ukraine is taking place in a capitalist social system in which the labouring classes are exploited and oppressed by the ruling classes. In the Ukrainian war, the two classes, the bourgeoisie and the working class, are hostile to each other. On the side of the Ukrainian bourgeoisie is the world bourgeoisie. On the side of the Ukrainian people stands the world proletariat. The Ukrainian people cannot free itself from the external enemies if it does not at the same time free itself from its internal class enemies and if it is not supported in this by the world proletariat.

3. condition

In the Ukrainian war, the Ukrainian people, we communists, can adopt neither a pacifist, nor a neutral, and certainly not a capitulant attitude. No liberation without revolutionary weapons !

Red World Front in transforming the imperialist Ukrainian war into the civil war with the aim of the socialist revolution and the re-establishment of the dictatorship of the Ukrainian proletariat.

 

But how should the Ukrainian working class wage its revolutionary civil war ?

Victory in the civil war is only possible through the re-organisation of Lenin's and Stalin's Red Army - not only in Ukraine and Russia, not only in all former Soviet republics, but in every country in the world, i.e. with the building of the Red World Army. The Red World Army is the military expression of proletarian internationalism. Its detachments are not only the sword to defeat world imperialism, but also the sword to liberate every country from the yoke of capitalist exploitation and oppression, the sword to liberate from world fascism in general and from fascism in every country in particular.

Thus, the decision of the Comintern (SH), the creation of the Red World Army, has now been placed very concretely on the agenda of world history. The decision has not been made at a desk. The decision is not based on utopia, illusion, wishful thinking or castles in the air. Our decision was taken out of a concrete, practical-historical necessity, namely to end the Ukrainian war with revolutionary weapons and thus to thwart its further expansion into the Third World War.

World War III is no longer just a looming threat, but its concrete prevention is on the agenda. In the Second World War, there was Stalin and the Red Army.
What do we have to oppose the Third World War today ?
The time is ripe for the creation of a Red World Army.
If not now, when else ?
We would prefer the rich to voluntarily renounce their wealth and the predatory wars with which they defend and increase their wealth.
But the ruling classes have never in history voluntarily surrendered their power to their slaves.
And the imperialists did not voluntarily renounce their power in their First World War, nor in their Second World War. And they will also slaughter the peoples for profit in their Third World War.
So we have no choice but to disarm the world bourgeoisie and force it to defeat with our proletarian weapons.
Other than in armed class war, other than in armed proletarian world revolution, the world proletariat, the poor peasants, cannot free themselves from exploitation and oppression, from war and fascism.

Demarcation from foundation opportunism

 

The same arguments against the founding of the Comintern (SH) and all its already existing organisations, are now being used against the founding of the Red World Army.

Only a backseat driver is claiming that our Stalinist-Hoxhaist organisations can simply be conjured up out of thin air. Nobody can. There is still a long, arduous way to go before the day when the Red World Army decisively intervenes in world history. However, it is a question of finally making a start, after having theoretically proved its necessity for more than 20 years.

With the decision to found the Red World Army, we distance ourselves from all opportunist directions and draw a clear ideological line.

We knew long before today's founding of the Red World Army that this event would trigger an outcry in the ranks of the right opportunists. Those who were already sceptical or even hostile towards the Comintern (SH) before, will now evaluate the foundation of the Red World Army as clear and irrefutable "proof" of everything that has been thrown at us already long before: our alleged "sectarianism", our "dogmatism", "Blanquism", "Red terrorism", "megalomania", "foaming at the mouth" - we will spare ourselves the enumeration of further invectives that have been used and will continue to be used against us.

However, we are not interested in making enemies, but above all in making new friends.

The comrades all over the world who have always been and remain united with the Red Army in their hearts,

... all comrades who have always held high the honourable and glorious banner of Lenin's and Stalin's Red Army,

... all comrades all over the world who have missed the re-establishment of the Red Army, have wished for it for a long time and have finally longed for it,

will not only welcome the founding of the Red World Army, not only celebrate it with us enthusiastically, but will support us in its construction;

because the Red World Army is guided by Lenin's and Stalin's Red Army and by Comrade Enver Hoxha's Albanian People's Army and vows to continue its glorious path until the military victory over world imperialism.

Just as Lenin's Red Army was closely linked to the victory of the October Revolution and the establishment of the dictatorship of the proletariat, to the victory of socialism in "one" country and to the victory of the Stalinist world camp, so the Red World Army will be closely linked to the victory of the world socialist revolution and the establishment of the world dictatorship of the proletariat, to the victory of socialism in the Eastern as well as Western camp of world imperialism, and finally to the victory of socialism on a world scale.

We Stalinists-Hoxhaists are for clear fronts in the global class war, both on the ideological-theoretical and on the practical-military battlefield and on every other battlefield of the international class struggle!
Those who have not yet labelled us as "left-wing extremist fanatics" will want to do so at the latest with the foundation of the Red World Army. Thus even the last right opportunist will question his lip service to the Comintern (SH). With the foundation of the Red World Army, we Stalinist-Hoxhaists have thus forfeited our last "sympathy" with the opportunists. If all these people praise the Red Army, then at the most only as a historically completed event of the past, which must not be associated with the continuation of its mission in the present or the future under any circumstances. In history, it was justifiable to take up revolutionary arms, but neither in the present nor in the future. This is the standpoint of all opportunists - the right opportunists quite openly and the "left" opportunists more or less covertly.
As for neo-revisionism on the question of the Red World Army, we characterise it with the formula:

"For the Red World Army in words - against the Red World Army in deeds !"

No matter what all these people think of the founding of the Red World Army, no matter what arguments are used to deny its necessity. It will march unhesitatingly on the day of its foundation and pass unflinchingly by all the barking dogs at the roadside. May the rulers of this world tremble before the Red World Army ! Only those who have their wealth to lose are afraid of the world revolution. But the world proletariat does not fear the revolution, for it has only to lose the fetters with which it is chained to world capitalism. With the World Red Army, the world proletariat has a new world to win - the world of communism. No matter how big, how brutal and deceitful the enemies of the world proletariat may be, in the final battle it is not the exploiters and oppressors who will win, but the exploited and oppressed. The world proletariat with its Red World Army is invincible because the world proletariat is the rising class, while the world bourgeoisie is a declining and dying class.

And the "left" screamers?
To all those petty-bourgeois revolutionaries, anarchists, council communists, Maoists, Trotskyists, Che followers and whatever they may call themselves, who are enthusiastic about revolutionary weaponry, we say bluntly:
A revolutionary army has nothing to do with adventure, romanticism and individual "heroism", and certainly not the Red World Army of the proletariat and the poor peasants.
We will not allow these "heroes" to enter the Red World Army or even harbour them in our country.
The Red World Army does not take orders from anyone and it does not command itself alone, but is commanded, solely by the Communist International (Stalinist-Hoxhaist), just as the Communist International (Stalinist-Hoxhaist) is guided by its Stalinist-Hoxhaist ideas, by the 5 Classics of Marxism-Leninism, by the proletarian world outlook!

Comrades !
We are aware, firstly, that the Red World Army cannot be built under the dictatorship of the proletariat, as was the case with Lenin's and Stalin's Red Army.
Secondly, we are aware that we cannot send International Brigades into the world civil war, as was possible for the Comintern in the Spanish Civil War by means of the support of Lenin's and Stalin's Soviet Union.
Thirdly, we are aware that if today we are censored all over the world just because of our photos showing a rifle, what will the rulers of this world do to us if we not only propagate the proletarian weapons but also use them, namely exclusively against the exploiters and oppressors. Proletarian weapons are there for nothing else than for the revolutionary liberation of the world proletariat and the poor peasants from the yoke of world capitalism.
Against fascism and war, the world proletariat and its Comintern (SH) must build the Red World Army today under illegal conditions - knowing that the world bourgeoisie will do everything in its power to prevent us from building the Red World Army. Just as one cannot prevent the maturing of the world socialist revolution, one cannot prevent the deployment of the Red World Army. Should the Red World Army be broken up again at some point or be transformed into a bourgeois world army, as happened with Lenin's and Stalin's Red Army or with Enver Hoxha's Albanian People's Army, we Stalinist-Hoxhaists have only one answer: the reconstruction of the Red World Army, just as we have decided today to reconstruct Lenin's and Stalin's Red Army.

One may not play with the term "The Red World Army" - it is a very serious, profound term. Creating the Red World Army is a difficult, complicated and lengthy process. But if we see that this process of consciousness has already begun and is going on everywhere in our sections, if we know that without such a global proletarian army a real victory of the world socialist revolution is impossible, then we must raise the foundation of the Red World Army as an indispensable slogan, propagate it and make it the touchstone of the current political and future military tasks.

Comrades ! The victory belongs to the Red World Army !

To the young Comrades all over the world !

The youth movement has always been at the forefront of the struggle against militarism.

But not against the use of weapons in general.

We support revolutionary violence in the struggle against counterrevolutionary violence.

We need the power of communism to abolish the weapons of the counterrevolution and to end imperialist wars.

To this end, we need the dictatorship of the proletariat—the iron fist of proletarian power—to abolish weapons in a classless, world communist society.

After the victory of the world revolution, we will transform our struggle against bourgeois militarism into a struggle against its restoration.

First and foremost is the Red World Army.

This means:

Sending volunteers to all the Red Armies of the world, sending agitators and organizers to the Red World Front, dispatching students to Red officer schools and medical training courses, introducing mandatory military training, forming internationalist comradeships of struggle among all countries of the world, conducting agitation among young—and often adult—Red Army soldiers and agitation for the Red World Army among youth in general, and finally, assisting in the implementation of general mobilization against the danger of the restoration of world capitalism.

This youth work renders great service to the Red World Army.

Mastering the connection of legal and illegal party building means correct preparation for most difficult situations like in war times.

 

Comrades !

Currently, the world is suffering from astronomically high oil prices caused by the imperialist war in the Strait of Hormuz. At the same time, people around the world are suffering from the destruction of natural resources and disruptions to the global energy infrastructure caused by ongoing armed conflicts worldwide.

And in World War III?

Martial law reigns here everywhere!

 

It is highly likely that, in a global wartime situation, we can expect governments and their hackers to monitor and disrupt social media. The cutting off of power sources and the resulting loss of internet access—whether through the imposition of martial law, the bombing destruction of communications infrastructure, or manipulation by the major monopolistic high-tech giants—should come as no surprise to us Stalinist-Hoxhaists, given the current preparations for war and the wars already being waged by world imperialism.

 

In the event of a world war, we will fight not only for the restoration of democratic rights, for free international communication, and for global freedom of public expression, but also, to the greatest extent possible, for the demands of the socialist world revolution—namely, not only to end the present world war and prevent another, but to eliminate once and for all the inevitability of imperialist wars by disarming the counterrevolution and smashing the global imperialist world system.

 

Comrades !

Preparations for the global civil war against imperialist war means preparations for the illegality.

 

There will be no victory of our Anti-imperialist war without victorious mastering of the connection of legality and illegality in war times!

 

Let us learn the use of illegal forms of combat and methods of struggle against the warmongers throughout the world.

In the beginning, it will be primarily through these illegal forms of combat and methods of struggle that the Red World Army will make its way from its illegal formation to its final legal victory.

The "Red Day" was called the Anti-War-Fighting-Day on occasion of the beginning of the First World War on 1st of August 1914 [ Legality/Illegality ]

We are now living in a period of world proletarian revolution, and the new rise now beginning will lead to a direct struggle for the power of the proletariat and for the establishment of the dictatorship of the proletariat. In Russia the new rise began after a number of years of Stolypin reaction, here it is beginning after a brief period of the partial stabilisation of capitalism. There, the new rise began in a situation of approaching imperialist war between the two coalitions of imperialist robbers, here, it is beginning in a situation of an approaching counter-revolutionary war against the country of proletarian dictatorship. There, in addition to the extreme reactionaries, the Liberal bourgeoisie played a very large role in the united counterrevolutionary front, making a very considerable move to the right, with the Menshevik liquidators at their tail. Here, in addition to the great bourgeoisie, an equally big or even bigger part than that played by the Cadets and Octobrists in Russia, is being played in the counter-revolutionary front by the socialdemocracy, which has also consummated its evolution from social reformism to socialFascism, and its tail is composed of the rightwing renegades of Communism. In backward Russia the main condition of success was the winning of the many millions of peasantry to the side of the proletariat and the revolution. In the leading capitalist countries the main condition of success is the winning of the majority of the working class to the side of the Communist advance guard. Despite these differences, it is quite evident that the marks of resemblance between 1912- 1914 and the present third period in the crisis of capitalism are ver ygreat. Now as then, war is swiftly approaching, class antagonisms are intensifving to an extraordinary extent on each side of the barricades a broad front is being built up: on the other side, the counterrevolutionary front from the extreme Conservatives to the social-democrats, on the other, the front of the swiftly revolutionising proletariat. And whilst at that time the accentuation of the antagonisms was most clearly manifested in one country, Russia, now that accentuation of antagonisms is also most clearly manifested in one country, Germany, the proletariat of which is, at the present moment, the scout of the international movement of the proletariat in capitalist countries. Consequently it is clear that the methods of combining illegal work and open revolutionary work in the masses which the Bolsheviks applied in 1912-14, can to a considerable extent be applied now by the Communist parties of capitalist countries, and the success of their application is guaranteed to the same extent. We have not yet a directly revolutionary situation in the capitalist countries, just as there was no such situation in Russia in 1912. In accordance with this, after the Berlin barricades (Blutmai 1929), our German party correctly announced that the slogan of armed insurrection was not yet on the agenda. But the development in Germany is moving unswervingly in that direction, just as it did in Russia after the Lena episode. For it cannot be regarded as an accident that, despite the shooting down of the Wedding and Neukölln workers after May Day, in Germany we had new mighty demonstrations in a number of towns-in Hamburg, despite the proclamation of martial law; in Essen, where 35,000 demonstrated in the Square of the Republic; and in other towns. And it is no accident that despite the interdiction of the Red Front Fighters League in a number of towns, the Red Front participated in the demonstrations, attaching to their caps a card with the inscription "We are proscribed." It is no accident that in Berlin itself, where the Zörgiebel hounds undertook the task of instilling panic into the workers by shooting them down, after the May Day incidents, at one large metallurgical works the elections to the factory committee again gave a victory for the Communists over the socialdemocrats. Of course revolutionary development does not proceed along a straight line, and we need not be troubled if there are certain zig-zags. There were zig-zags in Russia during the 1912-1914 period also. Whilst in Berlin a demonstration of 200,000 was successfully organised on May Day, despite the threat of being shot down, such imposing street demonstrations were not organised in Paris on May Day. On the other hand, whilst 80 per cent. of the metal workers and 1oo per cent. of the wood-workers and builders struck on May Day in Paris, in Berlin, after the barricade shootings, it was not found possible to evoke a sufficiently imposing strike in protest. This of course has its special reasons. In Paris since the world war, the workers have not had any experience of street battles. On the other hand, in Berlin the workers are not yet accustomed to join in political strikes quite so easily as the Russian workers. Of course a certain part was also played by the sectional errors of our parties, despite the soundness of their general line. But although the worker masses and our parties have not yet learnt this, they will succeed in learning it. In this regard it is highly significant that the unorganised worker masses are now manifesting very great activity, and this always has been and is now the most reliable symptom of a growth of the revolutionary situation.
The social fascists who can see the approaching storms and are seeking to save themselves by a bourgeois attack upon the U.S.S.R., are hastening by terrorist methods to drive the Communist movement underground, and thus to cut off the proletarian advance-guard from the masses of the proletariat. These tactics can be successful only partially and temporarily. In the last resort it will only be pouring fat on the fire. In the first place, it is more difficult in the leading industrial countries to carry out in its entirety that experiment which the Fascists have carried out in the backward countries. Secondly, it is impossible to drive completely underground a party which already has deep roots in the masses, in the situation of a swift growth in the revolutionary mood of the masses. The provocative tactics of the social-Fascists must stimulate our parties to strengthen, consolidate, and swiftly organise their illegal machinery. But the main task is that of setting the course for the revolutionary struggle in the street, the mass breaking of the frameworks of illegality, the unbridling and heading of the broad mass movement of the proletariat both economically and politically, the winning of the masses away from the social-democrats, the conquest of a majority of the working class in the process of this developing revolutionary struggle. By these methods our parties should prepare themselves after the May Day incidents for the International Red Day of August Ist, which will be an imposing demonstration of the proletariat against the attack being prepared against the U.S.S.R., against the debauchery of socialFascism, against the economic offensive on the working class, and in the name of the imminent decisive struggle with the capitalist system.
