We are looking to create hall banners to make finding things at the Convention easier. The staff has come up with a couple of designs, but I’m sure that some of you can do a better job!
Size restrictions: 24” wide by 72” tall, with a 5” strip down the side for text.

If you want to run a game, present a seminar, or get a dealers' table, this is the place and now's the time!
Game Masters and Seminar leaders get their badge for free; Dealers have their own deals listed on the Dealer page, and we'll take care of making sure you get registered as a convention attendee. Find out if your plan works before you buy a membership that will need a refund and cost you a fee.
For non-GMs (etc.), Convention Registration begins November 1.
We will take: Dealer submissions until December 18, Game submissions until December 21, Seminar submissions until January 15, Protospiel submissions until January 29
If you get the sold-out message, close the page and reopen it, then request a reservation for fewer nights. (Monday sells out first, then Thursday.) Once you have a confirmation number, send it to our Hotel Liaison, who can almost certainly get the nights you want added to your reservation.
