I’m not smoking for 4.5 months already! Don’t even feel it. No longing. No stress. Nada. I went blergh when I smell smokers. Yeah, that poyo.

Actually mostly smug, haha.
I am a non smoker for already 1 month.
Unless I have an early onset of alzheimer, I will never smoke again. Never! (wah dramatic sungguh)
Anyway, if you guys are interested I quit because I read Allen Carr. I´ll write a full post on this later.
I survived!
My 3rd day of not smoking. My morale and determination is growing! Yabedabeduuuu!
I can’t wait for tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow… and so on.
2013 – The year I became a non smoker
Not so much of a new year resolution. More like a wishful thinking.N
But this year it’s a bit different. I know it is. After 16+ years of smoking and countless attempts to quit, I finally quit. I feel it. I believe it. I see my smoking as it is. I was a junkie. I was a drug addict. A socially accepted drug addict, the nicotine.
I finished Allen Carr book and DVD, had my final cigarette last night at 1:30am. It has been 22 hours since my last nicotine fix in which 14 hours has been spent not sleeping but mentally battling my demon.
I will prevail. I am free. I am not giving up anything I am just taking back the control on my life. Honestly, the worst is not the nicotine withdrawal, but mental battle 🙂
Sunday Morning
Let’s be honest. The only reason I update this blog is because I just got a new phone. The awesome htc one x. It’s awesome. And for me to actually say that to an Android phone is something. So just believe me 🙂 So here I am, blogging from the phone. Sekian, terima kasih.
So, how are you?
MY life has been pretty standard nowdays. Wake up 7-7.30, bring Milo to poo/pee, come back prepare his breakfast, then get ready for work, drink coffe, smoking… then bring him out to poo/pee, walk a bit then off to work!
After work straight home, Michal always the first one arrived, so he will take Milo out for little walk and poo/pee trip. I arrived prepare Milo’s dinner, then we all eat dinner… Milo will play or just sleep, he’s really a lazy dog… and we will just watch TV.
Then, around 9.30, out for his poo/pee… then 11ish, we walked for the last time, so he can do his poo/pee again.
Then we go to sleep.
Basically that’s it for a while now.
Pretty boring and I can’t imagine if we have kids. Not keen on that. Maybe I will never have kids, honestly, I don’t feel the urge or panic as my clock is definitely ticking.
And yes, I had 3 root canals on my birthday. My 34th birthday, I actually lost count in the beginning… lol.
I’m pretty content with how things are now.

Tomorrow.
Milo will be home. The anticipation is killing me. Ok, no need to be so dramatic.

Milo the puppy, not the drinks
We are going to get Milo on Thu, 12 Jan 2012. I CAN’T WAIT. Milo is a Bernese Mountain Dog. He’s (yes, a he) going to be big, he’s a real dog you see. Not the cutesy tiny furry little thing, haha. He was born on the 18 Nov 2011, so that makes him 8 weeks old when we picked him up.
Milo is my first dog. I never had a dog, not that it’s allowed. Though my grandpa did have a dog for his orchard. But again, it was like a working dog, he didn’t bring him back. I was scared shitless of Hitam (that’s what my grandpa called him) because he chased me like crazy. Now that I think of it, he just wanted to play with me. What do you expect when you ran away from a dog?
I’ve always been scared of dog. When I was in STF (all girls boarding school for 5 years), I was chased by wild dogs all the time. The school was next to this, err sorta jungle, so wild dogs came and ransacked the garbage bins around the school at night (midnight or so). And… because me and my girlfriends were such an exemplary students, we decided walking around at night from hostel blocks to another was what exemplary students should do. That explained, the chased by a bunch of wild dogs at night incidents thingy.
Apart from that, dogs I’ve encountered in Malaysia, not that I’ve encountered many because walking is so not a Malaysian thing and dogs are not welcomed in most places in Malaysia, were vicious, barking like mad and plain crazy. Now that I know more about dogs (thanks to 2.5 years of research and obsessing, and of course Cesar Millan), those dogs were just stressed, lack of exercise and had a lot of energy they can’t release because they weren’t being walked by their owners. It’s never the dog’s fault, it’s always the human.
I am all excited, ready to go to be a first time dog owner. I will do my very best for Milo so he can be a very good canine citizen, which means he will be welcomed everywhere!

Happy New Year 2012
My first post in 2011 was announcing the new home. In fact, based on the yearly report from WordPress, that is the winner post of 2011 for FaiezSpeaks: Reincarnated.
Heh, not that surprising since my TOTAL posts in 2011 is 10. Like, what? Like, you stop blogging oredi can ah? LOL.
Anyway, maybe I will start blogging again this year (janji manismu kah?)
So, how was 2011 for me?
Let’s see….
1. We got a new home, I mean bought a new home, no more renting and it feels very good!
2. We did not do a long holiday around EU like in 2010 because we went back to Malaysia for 3 weeks but we did stop on the way in Hong Kong. Crazy city but awesome, me likey.
3. We added 1 more cat, Bacardi (tho he arrived end of 2010), but he’s new, so 4 of us moved to our new home.
4. We did little trips, Barcelona, Copenhagen, Brussels, Ghent, Antwerpen, Bruges. Awesomeness.
5. One of the GREATEST thing happened in 2011 was, my girlfriends came and visit!! Maw, Chot, Leym, Inaleem, Sareque, Beddie, Adzue. Awesomeness things happened, we had great fun, I wish they were all living here!
6. Nurul and Pieter had their firstborn, Adrienne Kop, beautiful beautiful baby!!
7. Bought a Macbook Air, new iPad 2, Canon EOS 7D.
8. Oh, 55″ 3DTV with passive glass, UNBELIEVABLY AWESOME.
What else? Many great things happened in 2011! Sometimes I wonder what did I do to have such happiness! Life can’t better I think…
Oh wait, life WILL be better in 2012. We are getting a new Bernese puppy (next week!) AND we want to get a car (more like a stationwagon so that we could travel with the dog in EU).
Watch this space people, I might be posting more this year, haha! It’s so easy to write when you actually have SOMETHING to write. Kalau tak, macam poyo dan meriak2, asik2 update beli gadget la, beli itu ini… keekeke.
Woi, ada update weh!
Tiba2 rasa nak update belog lah. *sila kagum*
I’ve been going to gym for hmmm almost 2 months.. or was it 3 months… ntah lah, tapi mmg pegi gym quite regularlah… like 2-3 times a week. I also started cycling when the spring started… so far oklah, takde termengah2 or merasa kekesalan macam mula2 dulu (rasa kekesalan macam half way berpikiran, farkkkk jauh lagi opis).
Kiranya nak mengamalkan hidup yg sehat *tepuk2 tangan*
The result…? Well, berat tak turun sgt, so far 1-2kg jek teehehe. But, my clothes do fit better and lengan ada ketak2 sikit, gila bangga weh. And obviously stamina adalah improved. 😀 so now goal adalah tak perlu turun berat badan asalkan badan adalah tidak flabby dan bermuscle. Not muscle macam body builder la ye, tapi muscle ala2 sexy Madonna… lol. Pergh, macam Madonna katanya.
So far I’m happy and feel healthier, ok lah kan.
Oh, I’ll be going back to Malaysia in less than 2 mths, yippe! Selamat Hari Raya, hari untuk bersuka ria… *nyanyi* Tak sabarnya nak jumpa mak, uwan, adek badek dan kawan2… eventhough dorang baru datang but hofkos bukan semer… I can’t wait to see Noi too… and her new baby, who is not so new lah… aku je yg tak jumpa2 sejak dia beranakkan si Rayray.
Honestly I don’t miss Malaysia. I just miss my people and my food of course.
Oh apa kes kalau update blog tapi takde meriak kan? Aku ada gadget baru. Samsung Galaxy S II smartphone. Ingat nak review tapi tunggu la hehe. It’s my first android and I’ve to say I’ve mixed feelings about it. Given that I do miss my iPhone 4 but somethings other OS just cannot compete I guess.
But that’s for another post (yg entah bila kan muncul).
