Black eyed peas with chili oil sauce

img_8000a
Film & Garlic is back!
For today we have Black Eyed Peas with chili oil sauce. Cook your black eyed peas until tender. On a different pan caramelize onions and then add some garlic, virgin olive oil, chili flakes and some fresh chopped chilies (I like super hot ones!). Serve the peas with as much sauce as you like and don’t be afraid to add some fresh parsley or more chilies!
Enjoy 🙂

Fresh in Nature

fresh coffee with fruits
Hi all. Spending some time in Portugal at the moment near nature 🙂 Learning lots about cooking and a more self-sustain way of living.
I have some freshly ground aromatic coffee every morning to start my day. Today’s breakfast includes some plums, bananas, pears, dried fruits, nuts and flakes. Have a beautiful Wednesday 🙂

Olive oil experiments

Thank you Valerio 🙂
Somewhere in nature in between Poggio Mirteto and Salisano, we experimented with olive oil. Chilli, thyme, rosemary and garlic. Awaiting for the results. Hope chilli won’t kill completely the other flavours.
Anyone with an interesting approach to flavouring oil let me know 🙂
