as usual, I almost never forget to look at mirror when in the restroom. much longer than using toilet instead. hehe. after completion and ready to get out, suddenly something stopped me. I also turn back to verify the shadow in the mirror. jeng jeeeng. here’s what I capture.

U-M-A-T
yaps, because the law of reflection of a flat mirror make left-right reversed, so the word “TAMU” changed to “UMAT”. after see that word, two recorded-things immediately appear on my mind. first, Qur’an Surah Ali Imran verse 110.
“You are the best nation produced (as an example) for mankind. You enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong and believe in Allah…”
second, the story of the Prophet Muhammad’s love on his nation, which prove up to the seconds before he passed away. he asked to Jibril, “How the future state of my nation?” Jibril answered “Don’t worry, O Messenger of Allah, I heard Lord say to me: ‘I forbid heaven for anyone, except the nation of Muhammad.” shortly afterwards Izrail started pulling his soul, when the pain increasingly unbearable, what did he say? “O Allah, the torment is terrible once, please put all of it only to me, not to my nation.” and finally ended with “ummati.. ummati.. ummati..”
masyaAllah. I believe that Allah is always trying to prevent us from mistakes, even through small things. especially for me, a person who sometimes comply with passion and feel useless and lack of many things. #sigh. by using the mother language maybe I will say “kurang apalagi coba? udah disebut umat terbaik sama Allah dan Rasul-Nya loh.” therefore, let’s don’t waste Rasulullah’s struggle, let’s love and praise him. show that me, you–we are the best nation. yippie! :)
P.S. really sorry if your eyes irritating by my “acakadul” English proficiency :p
