What is digestion?
When does digestion start – when we put food in our mouth or when the food gets into our stomach? These are some of the questions we considered in our lesson today.
Birch class, what happened to the piece of bread when you placed it inside your mouth? Have a go at using scientific vocabulary to name the main digestive organs and explain their function, to your adult.

Birch class have been learning about electrical circuits. This week, we carried out an investigation to find out if certain materials that we chose were electrical insulators or conductors. We started by making predictions then experimenting to help us draw conclusions.
We are learning how to use “if statements” to create code on Scratch.
