An investment-driven real estate advisor with institutional experience and local market insight.

Daniel Jang

REALTOR® | RE/MAX NOW

Daniel Jang brings a disciplined, investment-driven approach to real estate, shaped by over a decade of institutional experience. He began his career at Citi and later worked as an acquisitions professional at a $20B AUM real estate investment company. Over his career, he was directly involved in $3.5B+ in transactions across the U.S. — spanning more than 20,000 multifamily units, commercial properties, and both the equity and debt side of the capital stack.

Today, that background informs how Daniel advises clients at every stage, from home purchases to long-term portfolio decisions. He begins each engagement by understanding the broader context: financial goals, risk tolerance, and time horizon, so clients can evaluate opportunities with clarity and confidence.

Daniel’s approach is deliberate and straightforward. He listens closely, analyzes details thoroughly, and advises even when that means slowing the process down or recommending against a deal that doesn’t truly align with a client’s objectives.

He serves clients across Bergen and Hudson Counties, markets he knows both professionally and as a local resident. He holds a Master's degree in Real Estate from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Baruch College. He is fully bilingual in English and Korean — an advantage for clients navigating transactions in both communities.
