Know that there is nothing more ordinary
Than walking alone along these paths;
And nothing more natural
Than to falter, or to harbor thoughts
That lead me back to you once more,
Awakening a stirring deep within—
Something that had slumbered for so long,
Something I had completely forgotten.
When the waves come crashing to the shore,
And memories begin to fill my mind,
I cannot imagine a morning without you,
Not a single awakening without the sound of your voice.
For I love you, beyond all reason;
And though I may sometimes weave little tales,
I know, with absolute certainty,
That without you, I would be left in solitude.
This love, held back for so long,
Can only blossom when I am by your side.
Though so much remains unknown,
I long to discover it all within your arms.
I do not know what tomorrow holds for us,

La vie peut changer – Life can change
Le plus beau des hasards m’a fait te rencontrer.
La plus belle chose qui me soit arrivée.
Tu es venu bouleverser ma vie
Avec joie, passion et amour, je t’ai accueilli.
Plus de silences, je revis aujourd’hui
De tristes pensées envahiraient mon esprit
Plus de place aux doutes dans cet amour
Chaque jour, l’espoir renaît en moi.
A tes côtés, ma vie a maintenant changé.
Plus de tristesse puisque je suis aimée.
Chaque jour, j’attends, je compte les heures
Qui me ramènent vers toi, vers ce bonheur.
J’ai laissé s’estomper ces jours trop gris
Je reçois ta lumière quand tu me souris
Alors mon cœur bat soudain, beaucoup plus fort
Mon âme doucement retrouve son port,
Ce passé trop lourd que je voulais oublier

Life Can Change
A most wonderful stroke of chance brought us together—
The most beautiful thing that has ever happened to me.
You arrived and turned my life upside down;
I welcomed you in with joy, passion, and love.
No more silences; today, I am truly living again.
Where once sad thoughts might have clouded my mind,
There is no longer any room for doubt in this love;
Each day, hope is reborn within me.
By your side, my life has been transformed.
There is no more sadness, for I am loved.
Every day, I wait—counting the hours
That lead me back to you, back to this happiness.
I have let those dreary, gray days fade away;
I bask in the light you bring when you smile at me.
My heart suddenly begins to beat much stronger,
And my soul gently finds its way back to harbor.
That heavy past I once longed to forget,
Those painful days I wished to erase—
With you, the joy of sharing has returned,

Résister – To resist
Résister aux tempêtes, aux vents déchaînés,
Garder cette liberté de penser, d’espérer,
Ne plus voir cette vie s’effondrer, dévastée,
Trouver un doux refuge où pouvoir se poser.
Résister, encore et toujours,
Aux blessures, aux peines, aux détours,
Résister pour sauver notre amour,
Et te choisir, toi, chaque jour.
Chasser les doutes, affronter l’incertitude,
Rester forte malgré les coups du sort,
Laisser derrière soi les peines, la solitude,
Et croire en demain, un peu plus fort.
Dans la douceur de tes bras, je trouve le repos,
Et dans ton regard, un peu de lumière,
Près de toi, les jours me semblent plus beaux,
Tu apaises en silence mes anciennes blessures.
Je voudrais partager tes matins tranquilles,

To resist the storms, the unleashed winds,
To keep the freedom to think, to hope,
To stop watching this life collapse, devastated,
To find a gentle refuge where one can rest.
To resist, again and always,
Against wounds, sorrows, and unexpected turns,
To resist in order to save our love,
And to choose you—yes, you—each and every day.
To cast away doubts, to face uncertainty,
To remain strong despite the blows of fate,
To leave behind the sorrows and the solitude,
And to believe in tomorrow, with even greater strength.
In the softness of your arms, I find repose,
And in your gaze, a glimmer of light;
By your side, the days seem more beautiful,
And you silently soothe the wounds of my past.
I long to share your quiet mornings,
The little things that make life more lovely,

Rien ne sera plus comme avant.
Quand ressurgissent mes peurs d’enfant,
Mes rêves habités par le tourment,
Et son beau visage tendre, souriant.
Partout où veut se poser mon regard,
Je le vois encore debout devant moi,
Semblant me dire : chasse ton chagrin,
Tu sais, je serai toujours près de toi.
Maintenant, c’est savoir rester seule,
Garder au fond de soi tout ce chagrin
Se coucher et encore être seule,
Sans personne à qui tenir la main.
Je pense souvent à ceux qui restent.
Ils ne sont pas très différents de moi.
Les épaules voûtées, sous le poids des regrets

Those Who Remain
Nothing will ever be the same again.
When my childhood fears resurface,
And my dreams are haunted by torment—
Along with your beautiful, tender, smiling face.
Wherever my gaze happens to fall,
I still see you standing before me,
Seeming to say: cast away your sorrow,
For you know, I shall always be by your side.
Now, it is a matter of learning to be alone,
Keeping all this grief locked deep within,
Lying down, yet remaining all alone,
With no one whose hand I might hold.
I often think of those who remain.
They are not so very different from me—
Shoulders hunched beneath the weight of regrets,
Filled with a pain that strikes them with dread.
The days slip by, yet nothing fades away;
The memory of you lingers within me,
And in the silence where you hold your place,
My heart still speaks to you, in a whisper.

Dans le creux du silence, j’entends ton pas,
Cette ombre légère qui ne pèse pas.
Le vent dans les sapins vient tout apaiser,
Et mon cœur s’ouvre pour tout déposer.
Le souffle ancien, vient guider mes pas,
Dans cette nuit noire, je ne tremble pas.
Une étoile danse et vient m’éclairer,
Elle me conduit sur le chemin… délivrée.
Les vagues meurent au bord du chemin,
Je me sens sereine, je prends ta main.
Ce qui m’a blessée a fini par guérir,
Dans ce mieux être, j’ai fini par consentir.
Dans le creux du silence, je sens ton souffle,
Dans mon châle, doucement je m’emmitoufle.
J’ai fermé les yeux pour t’avoir près de moi
Et me concentrer sur le timbre de ta voix.
Dès que le vent achèvera sa course
Dans le ciel je chercherai la grande ourse
Et là-bas, ton visage seul m’apparaitra
Je sentirai enfin la douceur de tes bras.

In the hollow of silence
In the hollow of silence, I hear your footfall,
A light shadow that carries no weight at all.
The wind in the fir trees brings a soothing calm,
And my heart opens wide, laying down every burden.
An ancient breath comes to guide my steps;
In this pitch-black night, I do not tremble.
A star dances, casting its light upon me,
Leading me along the path… setting me free.
Waves fade away at the edge of the path;
I feel serene as I take your hand.
What once wounded me has finally healed,
And in this newfound peace, I have come to surrender.
In the hollow of silence, I sense your breath,
As I wrap myself snugly in my shawl.
I have closed my eyes to keep you near,
Focusing only on the tone of your voice.
When the wind has finished its long journey,
I shall look to the sky for the Great Bear,
And there, your face alone will appear to me—
And at last, I will feel the gentle embrace of your arms.

Sur la plage où je marche en solitaire,
Rêvant de te voir un jour près de la mer.
Tu vis dans ce même bel univers,

I have always needed this water,
To give meaning to my words.
And in the distant murmur of the waves,
I let my soul follow its own wanderings.
It is here that my energy returns,
Where I find my bearings, my life.
On the beach, walking all alone,
Dreaming that one day I might see you by the sea.
You live in this same beautiful universe,
Beneath the light of the sky and the sea.
These waves that curl and stretch out,
Only to end upon the sand and fade away.
Yet in my heart, you live—you exist;
By chance, you turned my life upside down.
My thoughts are no longer filled with sadness;
You pulled me from the void, from oblivion.
I know, I feel, that my heart belongs to you;
Each day, each night, I think of us.
Your love brings hope to life within me,
And sketches out a gentler future for us both.
New seasons will soon arrive,
