A Tour of TanStack - Omaha

📅Wednesday, June 17, 2026
🕒5:30 PM - 7:00 PM CST
📍Omaha, NE

📍This month, Kevin Van Cott is giving a talk: A Tour of TanStack 👏 Special thanks to Improving for hosting NebraskaJS at their offices and for sponsoring food. Schedule 5:30PM - arrive - eat food 6:00PM - Talk Starts ~7:30PM - Head to The Hill for drinks and continued discussion (optional) Talk Summary What the heck is TanStack? Have you heard of it? Maybe recently in the news ;)? TanStack is an OSS organization with the goal of making some the highest quality packages in the NPM ecosystem. TanStack has a few core tenets including being framework agnostic, being easily composable, having top-notch performance, and treating type-safety with utmost importance. I'm Kevin, and I've been lucky enough to call myself a TanStack maintainer for 4 years now. Come to this talk to learn what TanStack is all about. I'll be giving the entire tour of the TanStack and giving you some cool brief demos of the capabilities of these libraries. We can spend some extra time on the libraries that I personally maintain for TanStack, such as TanStack Table, Pacer, and Hotkeys. This should be a fun conversational event. Notes Join the Discord to stay up to date on future events, or discuss past ones. We may try to stream on the Discord if you want to watch this from home. Tune into the #live-stream channel.
