Hello, my darling readers,
I want to talk about the difference between grieving and being depressed.
When I lost last year someone dear to me I was sad and I was grieving for not so long period of time. But I was accused by some of my friends of being depressed. They are not medical doctors. And depression is an disease. So it need to be diagnosed by a professional health care person.
Grieving after a lost of a person, a job, a place, a pet that you loved it is so normal. And it takes different amounts of time in order to be over which depends of the importance of that lost in your life.
For instance even if you lose a pet, you may suffer a great deal. For some people that never loved a pet, this lost may seem unimportant. But if that pet was the only source of love in this world for you, the lost of it is huge. And it is normal to be sad, cry and do what ever it takes to move over your lost. But if in time, you find joy and beauty in life without medication, you were never depressed.
When you lose something precious that made your life better, it’s like you have an empty space in your life. And you do not know who or what will fill it. But when you are depressed you are in an abyss of despair all the time and you can’t find your way out.
From grieving you can get depressed but it is not a rule to get it.
Energetic when you lose a being that you loved, you suffer because its energy transformed and move on from this plane of existence. And as human beings we can see other plane of existence, like the once where our lost loved ones are. So we think of them being lost and we grieve their absence.
In depression, an adverse entity is with the sick person, eating their vital energy. These entities feed on sadness and they stay with the person whispering them more bad thoughts to deepen their despair. As long as the person is feeling like that, the entity feeds with their energy and it does not go away. It is like a vicious circle. That is way people with depression take a long time to get ride of it and some times they relapse.
I hope this information helped you in some way you needed.
I wish you a great weekend and God bless!
