About

I have more than 20 years of experience in professional communications. A graduate of Carleton University with a Bachelor of Journalism (Honours in Journalism and English), I began my career as a reporter/photographer for the esteemed Perth Courier weekly newspaper. In 1999 I left the paper to embark upon a freelance writing and editing career. Since then I have been fortunate to provide a wide range of communications consulting services to numerous clients. I also teach communications courses in various programs at the Algonquin College Heritage Institute in Perth, Ontario, and I am the coordinator of a project called the Lanark County Situation Table.
