Energy Adviser
We are looking to recruit an Energy Adviser with relevant skills to deliver a reactive Energy Advice Service. The post is funded by the Energy Industry Voluntary Redress Scheme until 31st May 2028. The service will be managed by Southside Housing Association and will be available to 3 other Housing Associations in the Southside of Glasgow: New Gorbals, Cathcart & District, Craigdale Housing Association and to the Glasgow South Carer’s service.
Advice Manager
The Advice Manager will lead and develop a specialist legal benefits advice service, and as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, client-centred advice, casework and representation in relation to welfare benefits and associated matters. They will provide operational leadership, line management and technical oversight to advisers, maintain quality and compliance standards, lead service development and contribute to strategic work aimed at maximising clients’ income and improving outcomes for people facing poverty, ill health, disability or other disadvantage.
