Ben Broussard is a former Major League Baseball (MLB) player, public speaker, instrument-rated single engine pilot, singer-songwriter, and devoted husband and father.
Ben played seven seasons of MLB baseball for the Cleveland Indians, Seattle Mariners, and Texas Rangers. He hit his first home run off of Hall-of-Famer Pedro Martinez and holds the record for most pinch-hit grand slams in a season in the MLB. His ability to perform at the highest level and his perspective on personal growth and leadership have kept him in the clubhouse, most recently as Leadership Development Coordinator and Hitting Coordinator for the Chicago White Sox.
The wolf is a high-performing apex predator that works alone or in a pack for survival and dominates. Ben charges audiences to "Be the wolf, not the rabbit", speaking to professional athletes, student athletes, business leaders, and all types of teams motivated to reach the next level. He spells out the building blocks and mental skills required to be successful at the highest level whether in business, sports or life.

Ben’s baseball career has given him a perspective on the game that goes far beyond the box score. Today, he brings that experience to Guardians TV as a pre- and postgame analyst for the Cleveland Guardians, combining seven seasons in the Major Leagues with years spent developing and mentoring professional players to break down the game, share the stories behind it, and help fans see baseball through the eyes of someone who has lived it.
