NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to California Government Code Sections 66016 and 6062(a) that the City of Dinuba will conduct a public hearing on April 28, 2026 on or about 6:30pm in the City Hall Council Chambers, proposing a comprehensive revision to the user fees charged for services provided by the City of Dinuba.
Notice is hereby given that the City of Dinuba is requesting emailed bid proposals for the purchase of fleet vehicles for the Public Works and Parks and Recreation Departments. Bids will be received by the Finance Department beginning April 14, 2026 and must be submitted no later than May 1, 2026 at 4:00 PM (PT).

Construction will begin on the 2025 Corridor Improvements Project on March 16, 2026. Project improvements include College Avenue from the railroad tracks to Kamm Avenue, Kamm Avenue from Greene Avenue to College Avenue, and El Monte Way from Crawford Avenue to Road 92.
Construction will also occur on College Avenue between Uruapan Way and Kamm Avenue will begin on March 16, 2026. This segment of roadway will be fully closed for a maximum of 13 weeks, with the roadway anticipated to reopen to traffic on Wednesday, June 12, 2026. Work includes full roadway reconstruction as well as replacement of existing sewer and water infrastructure.

The Tulare County Association of Governments is seeking interested Dinuba residents to fill the vacant position for the City of Dinuba on the Measure R Citizens' Oversight Committee. On November 7, 2006, the voters of Tulare County approved Measure R, imposing a 1/2 cent sales tax for transportation within the incorporated and unincorporated area of Tulare County for the next 30 years. The transportation measure will generate slightly more than $652 million over 30 years to Tulare Countyâs transportation needs. The Measure R Citizens' Oversight Committee is tasked with overseeing the funding and ongoing expenditures for Measure R.
