I have a special interest in restorative dentistry, particularly restoring heavily worn or broken-down dentition using minimally invasive techniques, often achieving results in a single visit that preserve as much natural tooth structure as possible.
As a member of the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology (IAOMT), I am trained in the SMART (Safe Mercury Amalgam Removal Technique) protocol for patients who wish to have old amalgam fillings safely removed and replaced with modern, tooth-coloured restorations.

Composite Bonding
Composite bonding is the process of adding composite (white filling material) to teeth to improve the length, shape, colour and shade.
Edge bonding involves adding composite to the edges of teeth, whereas direct composite veneers cover the full surface.
Tooth Reconstruction
Using composite and other specialised materials, I am able to reconstruct heavily broken down or worn teeth in a single visit.
This can improve aesthetics, function and preserve maximum natural tooth structure, sometimes as an alternative to crowns.
