The Way We Choose To Live Can Truly Change the World

My friend Natalie Summerhays shared this recently...

In the book The Eye of the I, Dr. David Hawkins comes to some powerful conclusions about the vibration in which we each live.

87 percent of humanity are living on the lower frequencies of anger, fear, anxiety, depression, hatred, guilt, shame, etc.

The good news is ONE INDIVIDUAL who lives and vibrates at the energy of optimism and a willingness to be non judgmental of others will counterbalance the negativity of 90,000 individuals who live at the lower levels.

ONE INDIVIDUAL living in pure love and reverence for all of life will counterbalance the negativity of 750,000 individuals

ONE INDIVIDUAL who lives and vibrates illumination, bliss and infinite peace will counterbalance the negativity of 10 million people (approximately 22 such sages are alive today)

ONE INDIVIDUAL who lives and vibrates at the energy of grace, pure spirit beyond the body and complete oneness will counterbalance the negativity of 70 million people (approximately 10 such sages are alive today)

One single avatar living at the highest level of consciousness can counterbalance the collective negativity of all mankind, Jesus Christ.

The way we each choose to live can truly change the world🌻

3rd time is the charm- part two!

As early as while I was sitting in the hospital is when I KNEW that this was visit- getting sent in there and then sent to bed to lay on my back with no food was absolutely by design. I also knew that the impressions I had four months ago as I (again) laid in bed with badly injured feet were identical. LET IT GO! A little strange, but I figure that I am "a little" thick sometimes regarding personal revelation, so I needed to be knocked flat so that I had to lie still enough with a calm enough body and mind- to hear. When I calculated back to my Tumor removal last January- almost to the day- I recall what I realized then. Same message. As I pondered what this could mean, the feeling of a raging, tumbling fire radiated up to my mind. I was desperately trying to remember what I had learned about Energy and the meridians that it flows in. I repeatedly tried to picture the Chakras and their names, but to no avail! Through the long morning of testing and resting, I had flashes of ideas of subjects that I would need to study. I knew before I was told that I would be down for a bit- maybe a week. Something else I recalled while laying there was how earlier that morning I had zero appetite, and I probably needed to rest my digestive system. Needless to say, I was surprised that the diagnosis was Pancreatitis, but not at the same time. Remembrances came to me about the middle of the body and the Pancreas holding emotions in- specifically the need for fixing everything. I had previously disregarded this small gland/organ (not sure which one technically) due to it's size- forgetting it's vital function. What also came to mind was a body scan that I had had done years prior at a Health Summit put on by Karen's Energy (now Amazing Cell Health.) The body scan had indicated that my Pancreas needed support! (I mean, the color of the wording was RED, which was meant to show emergency!) OH MY GOSH- GIGANTIC DUH! Sitting there feeling idiotic and embarrassed, not because my health was in such bad shape- but because, to date- I had received SO MANY WARNINGS.

3rd time is the charm!- part one

I was finishing up a family Sunday supper a few days ago when things started to go South. My delectable yellow cake with rich chocolate frosting all of a sudden began to hurt, like a fist cementing itself into my gut. I slowly re-tasted everything from the meal and recalled how the pork ribs had an odd texture at one point. I pushed away from the dinner table and sat on the couch, feeling worse and worse. I slept fitfully, and by morning- had lost my appetite (mostly due to the pain.) After wrenching myself out of bed and mindlessly driving my youngest two to school, I sat down on the computer to research my "symptoms." By this time, I was experiencing shortness of breath and the piercing pain reached through my body to my back (mid-high back.) These two symptoms present pretty badly for a woman of my age and health, so I decided to call my brother Kimo. He works in the ER of the local hospital and unfortunately has been hospitalized recently with similar symptoms. After a short description, he admonished me to go into the ER now. So, I went. The pain was tough, but not ridiculously so. When asked how it was on a scale of 1-10, I faltered for a minute before I answered 2...solid 2. Looking back, it was 4 or 5 easily. Lol. I have a difficult time with guageing pain. As I laid on the hospital bed, room 6- I remember it vividly- I received a text. The words "Is everything ok Tepoe?" glowed back at me from my cell phone. I was shocked to see that it was from my friend Lara. Now Lara and I hadn't really hung out in years, but had recently kind of come back into each others' lives when my 12 year old went back to school after homeschooling for quite a few years. Our daughters rekindled their childhood friendship and we ran into each other at various school events and such. Tears began to flow as I timidly texted "Well...funny you should ask. I'm in the ER waiting for results of an EKG, Ultrasound, and CT." I then proceeded to question her with "I'm curious what made you ask me that this morning?" (Knowing full well it was the power of God inspiring her through the Holy Spirit- to check on me.) I poured out the stresses of my life to her and noted that she had passed through my mind that very morning because I didn't feel well and thought that I should either fast or drink only freshly made juice. She quietly responded that I came into her mind and she felt like she should ask. This simple experience unleashed a waterfall of impressions that I know came from my Father in Heaven. Only God could extend his tender mercies in such a way as to pierce my heart and flood my soul with love and care.

Healing Story

This Fall season has been all about "my great fall." It's an unbelieveably crazy story about one person's trip down one stair! 12/1/16: I washed the boots last night and they smell awesome! lol. I am no longer going to wear the stretchy bandage brace under the L boot. Instead I'm going to make sure to take it easy so my foot swells less and accept what happens. I'll also keep wearing the (newly clean) boot on my R foot as well when I need to walk far, and occasionally wear the lace-up brace either under my boot or alone on my R foot.

Dr. Fuhrman says so...

This book was part of our inspiration for the Ka'aumoana Family Sugar Challenge 2014.

The littles don't binge...

Which is really impressive to me. There many naysayers when we started this challenge, especially those who were so sure that the first chance my children had to eat sugar- they would "binge." They have asked for about 5 "sugar days" since we started, which equals almost one a week. This sounded scary to me at first, until I realized that their idea of a "sugar day" is perhaps a piece of birthday cake with ice cream for dessert at a party, and then ketchup on their eggs in the morning (within 24 hours.) That's it! Crazy! Even when they could have all the sugar they want in a day, they don't go overboard. I just love my littles, they amaze me.

Dinner for my Cool Chix (& my cool family!)

Talk about yummy! I tried three new recipes tonight and enjoyed all of them! Top left is Roasted Cauli Steaks w/ lemon relish, next (clockwise) is Kale-mango salad, bottom right is Vegan Stuffed Mushrooms, and the bright orange stuff is Carrot-Dill Risotto. Along with all of these dishes, I served grilled New York Steak & my friend Matt Clyde's Sourdough Herb & Cheese bread. Y-U-M!

Surviving...

I should've titled this... Surviving...barely. That's how I feel. With everyone in the house being sick at some point ( and myself the worst )I can't even keep things together some days. But, that's ok, I decided :D Yesterday, determined asked if she could quit the challenge. I was like, "no! I will not let you give up so early." I was worried that Funny Guy would lose momentum if he was the only child in it. So, I (with not a very good attitude) told her she had to stay for a little while longer, and that sometimes you just have to do hard things. I'll have to talk to The Original Ka'aumoana and see what he has to say about this. We've made some great healthy meals this week. I haven't had enough energy to cook and take pictures, but we're still hummin' along. We tried sugar free pasta sauce (store-bought.) It's great! We also eat my homemade strawberry-honey jam with natural peanut butter and bread. Kneadin' and Great Harvest both make WW bread with honey and no sugar, so we had to initially search longer, but we found bread that works.
