Our Practices

We follow many organic principles on our farm including in our fertility plan and implementation of methods that promote biodiversity within the field and the soil. This includes planting host plants for beneficial insects and growing green living mulch in the alleys between our tomato and pepper plants. We also practice integrated pest management; prioritizing biological, cultural, physical, and mechanical controls in the field to prevent pest outbreaks. We do not use any conventional pesticides or herbicides.
