Christopher Fulham

Christopher began working as an Associate Lecturer at the Centre for New Media Arts at the ANU in 2004. Later he was responsible for the Photography and Media Art Department’s Internet Art Program. Christopher has extensive professional experience in the specialist areas of animation, video, computer music and interactive media, and has expertise in the relevant software for all these areas.

Christopher’s media works use video and photography to challenge the viewer’s perception of the everyday. He brings an intense observation to the ordinary moment and aims to achieve a sense of intimacy and detail that encourages closer viewer scrutiny. Through his work he is inviting the viewer to observe the ordinary in new ways.
