The functions word_scan()and dword_scan() have been fixed so they calculate the limit
correctly, they were multiplying instead of dividing.

The cpu_id() function has been changed so it will return extended processor information,
input #80000000 and above.

Documentation has been updated to reflect changes in Euphoria and bits.e.

Two new files are included stdcall.e and clean.e.
The generic standard call functions are a bit slower than using Euphoria prototypes, but they
will let you call functions that support overloading, COM functions and the like.
Executing the following command line will reduce the size of bits.e from 38040 to 13286 bytes,
ex clean.e "in:bits.e" "out:bits.e" bytes:0-8,10-31 trailing:1 comments:1 empty:1
See the end of clean.e for the command line options.
