	The ideas of this programs were taken of When (By Benjamin
		Crowell) a calendar program written in Perl.
	lower() routine by RDS
	isLeap() routine by Carl White
Supported OS: Linux & Windows XP (I don't know about 98 because i don't
		have it)

Configuring your calendar:
	Your calendar must be a text file, you can change the name to
	suit your needs in the source, change the constant CONFIG_FILE.
	The default one is called .cuando and must be in the same
	directory as the program.
	Each line of the file is a date task and should be of
	the following format:
	Year, Month, Day, Text to remind

	The commas between the parameters are needed (However, the Text can
	have them if you want). Year, Month, Day can be numbers or a * or
	both of them the * tell the calendar that it should display that task
	each Year, Month or Day that ocurrs there.
		IE: 1984*,10,21,Today Guillermo's Bonvehi birthday! :)
	The year is irrelevant there because it has a * on it, so
	that task will popup every 21 of Oct of ANY YEAR!

	The Month parameter can be the number or the first 3 letters of the
	month (it's case-insensitive). So that example could look like:
		IE: 1984*,Oct,21,Today Guillermo's Bonvehi birthday! :)

	After creating this file you just have to run the program and it'll
	display the current day and time and the task from yesterday to 6
	after the current.

How to run it:
		Syntax:
		cuando -- Print current day and incoming tasks
		cuando c -- Prints calendar
		cuando d -- Prints current day
		cuando i -- Prints incoming tasks
		This arguments can be used togheter, ie:
			cuando di -- Prints current day & incoming task (default)
			cuando cd -- Prints calendar & current day

I'll add more here as you give me some feedback or i add more features.
