this is for dos, may be run under windows 98se its what i have.
i supports long file name under dos and windows, it reads them directly from the file system, and fat, then data sector
its ok on speed, but can only read into low memory so far that limits its speed and read chunk size
i didnt include and writing, because i want to make sure i works properly before i potentially damage anything
im not responsable for any possible damage caused by my program,
keep in mind these are low level bios routines, and if your in windows,
they will be enumulated by windows, but the real thing you can only get in dos,
some older versions of bios dont have support for int #13 extensions, but most comps in past few years do.
have fun, send comments
a defrag program could be made using these routines
or maybe an alternate file system access for euphoria
i will probably make writing for files and dirs later
