To use, just call high_scores(integer parent, sequence file, sequence t_columns,
                                            sequence t_last_score, integer t_sort_col)

Eg:
    high_scores(win, "high.dat", {"Name", "Score", "Level" },
                                 {default_name, my_score, level_reached, 2)

parent <-- The window that the score dialog should be a child of
file <-- The name of the file that holds the existing score data
t_columns <-- The name of each column in the high-scores dialog.
t_last_score <-- The corresponding value for each column in t_columns that the player earned.
t_sort_col <-- The index of the column that the scores should be sorted by

t_columns and t_last_score must be the same length. If a column named "Name" does not exist,
it will be created. If a column named "Name" DOES exist, the corresponding value in
t_last_score will be taken as the default name for the score.

That's pretty much all there is to it...
