change control:
8/6/01 replaced value/sprintf's in UnCompress with Remainder calculations
       to speed it up.
8/3/01 Was trying to squeeze in 4 atoms but Robert pointed out these
 were being stored internally as Float, so I Reduced it to 3 atoms (a nine digit integer)
 and fixed a few other small tweaks.

Incompress.e is not a real compression algorithm. Most of the compression functions
in the archives deal with files. InCompress is a function
designed to turn long strings of text as sequences into shorter sequences
of integers at a ratio of three ascii atoms to one integer atom (excluding leftovers).
The price in memory saving is offset by the wait time to reproduce the
uncompressed sequence.

There's not much error trapping, the assumpution being you'll only pass one
sequence of ascii atoms, not a nested sequence. One trap you'll need for
functions like length() is:
	if not atom(UnCompress(data[i])) then
        do ~something(UnCompress(data[i]))~
        else ~something~
        end if

However,
Incompressed Sequences are otherwise 'sequence compatible'. Any non compressed text
concatenated into a compressed string is returned by the UnCompress function unchanged.
Inc_demo2.ex demonstrates this by first printing an Key value for a make believe
media library and then the full title.

  The two function calls are
        sequence2 = InCompress(sequence1)
        sequence1 = UnCompress(sequence2)

        example:
        mydata = "this is my text inside my data. 00000111112222333344455556666 Have atom!"
        mydata = InCompress(mydata)
        puts(1,UnCompress("this is my data:" & mydata))
