Thank you for trying out version 1.2 of the Padlock encryption library! Included with this file, you should find:

PADLOCK.E -- the Padlock library, as a Euphoria include file
PADLOCK.TXT -- documentation for the Padlock library
   PL_DEMO.EX -- a program demonstrating Padlock's capabilities

To run the demo, execute it with any version of Euphoria version 2.0 or greater (it might run under older versions, but that isn't guaranteed.) It will write and read back a few files, verifying the results. Feel free to check out the contents of the files yourself (they will be named ENCRYPT1.DAT, ENCRYPT2.DAT, DECRYPT1.DAT and DECRYPT2.DAT, and will be written in the same directory that the demo program is in.)

To make use of the Padlock library itself, include it in your program via "include padlock.e", and then use it's I/O routines instead of Euphoria's for each file you wish to encrypt, or that is encrypted. For more detailed instructions, as well as a list of the Padlock routines, please refer to the documentation.
