** PROGRAM INFO *************************************************

Phone Master is a telephone book with the following features.

 1. Entries are stored in a Euphoria database.

 2. Can initiate calls using an external serial modem
(com ports 1 to 4), or manual dialling by the user.

 3. Can time calls. (Timing started and stopped by the user.)

 4. Can log all calls to a text file.

 5. Setup information is stored in the same database.
Does not use the Windows Registry.

 6. Automatically backs up log file (to a user-specified folder) when
    closing.

** INSTALLATION *************************************************

Unzip into a folder of your choice and run phonmast.exw from there.

I have included the necessary parts of WIN32LIB 0.59.1 in the
Zip file for those who don't already have them, however I recommend
that you download the complete WIN32LIB from the Euphoria site
http://www.RapidEuphoria.com

All other needed files are also in the zip file.

There is a bound executable file (phonmast.exe) for those who want
to run it without using Euphoria. The only other files that this
executable needs are 'pcomm.dll' and 'phonmast.htm'. Put these 3 files
in any chosen folder and run phonmast.exe from there.

The database file (phonmast.edb) will be created in the same folder
as Phone Master when it is first run.

The log file will be written to the user-specified folder and name.
