    I contemplated buying this due to many reviews stating how uncomfortable it. But I am glad I ended up getting it. I suffer from cervical pain that radiates down my body and using this 2-3 times a day (10 mins at most per session) helped me significantly.

    Yes it is uncomfortable but that is exactly the point and idea behind it. If it's too soft, it won't contour your spine properly. It does have some flex which helps but if you're expecting to feel like a pillow, you will be disappointed.

    I feel significant pain relief in my upper neck and trapezius. My neck and body just feels more fluid after using it.

    After ten years in dentistry and a car accident I have suffered with neck pain for years and years. Tried physio and osteopath etc. nothing really helped. My head has always felt so heavy and muscle pain and headaches and uncomfortable with an ugly hump on the back of my neck. I saw the ad for this on tv and thought I would try it. This will change my quality of life. I had the neck of an 80 year old at 35 and thought I was destined to a life of pain and discomfort. There were moments of discomfort this week as my muscles and nerves need to retrain but I stuck with it and will continue to. Using it exactly as in the instructions. This really works!!!!!
