My favorite pan! I use an glass top electric stove. The pan does not warp and distributes the heat evenly, I do not have to use a cooking spray to prevent food from sticking!

    Good quality and price. My most used pan and holds up well under frequent use. Like all pans let cool own before washing and directions say to heat before using. I love that if I do , I do not have to use any oil or butter (to prevent sticking - even with eggs), unless I want the additional flavor. Nice size for multiple items or larger amount. Cleans easily with no scrubbing. I prefer to wash by hand, though don’t see a problem placing in dish washer. Will warp slightly if leave on heat without food for a longer time or frequently wash before cooling down.

    This is my favorite pan. I have some high dollar pots and pans and none of them cook and clean as good as this pan. I do use a light spray of Pam, don't know that it's necessary but I like the ease of turning my food and quick clean up. Note: do not put the hot pan in the water. After using this pan for a very long time, I was in a hurry and not thinking dropped the hot pan in the water. Although it still performed perfectly, it warped and did not sit on the stove flat. That's my fault not the fault of the pan so I have pan number two and still happy how easy it is to work with.

    I'm enjoying this griddle pan! While it doesn't offer a ton of real estate, it does have enough room to fit two to three pancakes depending on how big you make them. The pan heats up fast and, in my experience, distributes heat evenly. I also like how lightweight the pan is, which makes it easy to maneuver (and saves a lot of discomfort when cleaning). So far, the nonstick surface has been just that: nonstick. If you're looking for a quality griddle that won't weigh you down or take up too much space, this Cuisinart is a fantastic choice!

    I rarely if ever write a negative review on something. With this pan I make an exception. We have a six month old Samsung glass top stove. I mention this so you don't wonder about what type of stove I am using. I used the pan about three times before I noticed it began to warp. A griddle isn't much good if it doesn't sit flat on your stovetop. I contacted Cuisinart for a replacement, there is a limited lifetime warranty on the pan. They were very nice and sent out a replacement pan. My wife used the replacement pan the first time to fry an egg. She used medium heat, nothing crazy. The new pan was warped by the time the egg was done. With the pan sitting on the flat glass top you can push down on one corner and the whole pan rocks back and forth. I called Cuisinart again and they are sending another pan replacement. I would have rather had my money back and move on. The rep at Cuisinart claimed they never get calls on this pan. I must be the unlucky one. Time will tell if the third pan is a charm. If I knew then what I know now about this pan, would have never bought it.

    I purchased this griddle because I really needed a flatter pan so it is easier to make pancakes and grilled cheese. The pan itself does tilt a bit, however, I believe it is because the handle may be to heavy and it is very sturdy. I own a full set of Cuisinart non-stick pans and all of the handles are very sturdy and heavy exactly like the handle on this pan. Don't let other reviews stop you from purchasing.
