Born in San Salvador on 11-27-1979. He is an executive coach certified by INCAE. He held the position of deputy in the Legislative Assembly of ES for two consecutive terms, until 2021. He leads the coaching division at Goat Vision Consultants. He graduated in Legal Sciences from the UDJMD; then obtained an MBA at EADA, Barcelona. He worked as a banking lawyer, legal advisor, assistant to the FGR and regional innovation manager. As a politician, he fought for the democratic system and for education. As a congressman, he served on several commissions: The Commission on Legislation and Constitutional Points, the Education Commission, the Finance Commission and the Commission for the Family and Persons with Disabilities. His intrepid initiative to assess the mental health of the president of the Republic, after an intimidating military irruption into congress in 2020, marked his career as a bold opposition figure. He currently helps leaders, executives and high-performance teams through coaching with the GOAT path.

Tuve el privilegio de conocer al autor, así como a su maravillosa esposa e hijos, quienes reflejan el trabajo interior del escritor, el cual queda profundamente plasmado a través de su obra CAORDEN, la cual recomiendo ampliamente.
