- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 1 July 2025Format: Kindle EditionVerified PurchaseMost self-help books promise clarity but deliver clutter. This one delivers on its promise by following its own framework: AIE: Attention, Intention, Execution.
As someone with ADHD, burnout, and way too many unfinished books on my Kindle, I was skeptical. But this book surprised me.
Actually Helpful: The advice feels grounded, no fluff, no “just manifest it” nonsense. It gives you small, doable steps with immediate applications, not vague inspiration that fades by the next page. Useful questions and clarity checks make it easy to get to the point.
Intuitive: the book flows. The typography, layout, and chapter structure are beautifully ADHD-friendly: Short sections, Clear takeaways, Visually uncluttered pages that help you stay on track. Reading it felt like someone designed it for me, not for some imaginary productivity guru.
Engaging: whether it was the occasional diagram, bolded sentence, or perfectly timed metaphor, the design and writing style worked together to hold my attention: a rare task.
Final Thoughts: This is not just another self-help book. It’s a well-designed tool for people whose minds jump around; people who need both compassion and structure.
Highly recommended if your brain doesn’t do “linear” and you want a guide that respects that.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 1 July 2025Format: Kindle EditionVerified PurchaseSuch a well written book, I just started reading and can't put it away. A fresh take on why we get stuck and clear steps on how to get out of this rut. Love the authors sense of humor too! Enjoyable read.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 16 July 2025Format: PaperbackThis book really does what it says on the tin!
As a busy entrepreneur with ADHD I am constantly juggling multiple tasks with a noisy and chaotic brain, and I’ve found myself asking: “Why can’t someone just give me a manual?!”
Well…this is it!
If you’re looking for a fully comprehensive, no nonsense guide to cutting through the noise and getting stuff done, then look no further.
An absolute must for any busy business owner’s bookshelf!
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 1 July 2025Format: PaperbackThis book was great and genuinely fun to read! The design is a total win: playful, punchy, and keeps you flipping pages (even if you didn’t plan to). I love the little reflection prompts at the end of each chapter as they make you pause, think, and actually do something with the insights instead of just nodding along.
What I appreciated most? It’s not just fluffy pep talk, it’s full of practical, actionable steps. Real tools, real questions, real momentum. It’s the kind of book that doesn’t just tell you to “get things done,” it helps you want to, in your own messy, human way.
Highly recommend to any creative or small business owner who’s feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just a bit too friendly with procrastination.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 2 July 2025Format: PaperbackA sharp, direct and beautifully designed book to guide and inspire you. It’s a conversation, not a rigid programme, but I found it invaluable in getting a long-stalled project back on track. I admired the clear structure, chapter to chapter, but the author also encourages a non-linear approach— jump into whichever section most calls out to the demands of the moment. It’s fun and dynamic and opinionated… plus there’s an accompanying website for yet more tips and encouragement in getting things done!
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 1 July 2025Format: PaperbackI tend to overthink everything and get stuck in cycles of perfectionism and delay - but even just a few pages into this book, I felt a real shift. It’s written in such a fun, honest, and no-fluff way that made it easy to stay engaged and actually want to keep going. A brilliant tool for getting out of your head and into action - clear, relatable, and genuinely useful - 10 outta 10 recommend!
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 1 July 2025Format: Kindle EditionI’ve been a huge fan of Fabrizia’s work for a long time and this book is the perfect companion for getting stuff done and keeping momentum. A really brilliant tool that can bring clarity and focus to tasks with easy, succinct and implementable strategies and most importantly no fluff. 10 out of 10 with thoroughly recommend!
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 1 July 2025Format: Kindle EditionThis book is very helpful for my ADHD, where I have a short attention span but still want to learn. The bold, colourful titles and plenty of white space makes this book very easy to read. It's bite size chunks also help with retaining information and allow for quick navigation.

Format: Kindle EditionVerified PurchaseDon’t Panic! But get this book and keep it with you at all times (as well as a towel) it could literally save your life when You’re stuck in the mid of it…
It’s not just a book, neither just a guide or a manual: it’s an handy book and a navigator, a resource to districate yourself from all the things that are keeping you from your life goals!
Cool graphic too!
P.s. If you’ve read “The Hitchhikers’ Guide to the Galaxy” you will fully understand my review… if not… well get that one as well!
Edita MoReviewed in Germany on 8 July 20255.0 out of 5 stars For the overthinking soul who’s sick of her own BS... finally, a book that gets it
Format: PaperbackVerified PurchaseYou know that weird state where your brain’s saying "get to work" but somehow you're deep cleaning your bathroom instead of launching that thing you've been thinking about for months? Haha, this book is for that version of you.
And it isn’t another motivational fluff-fest. It’s a surprise. It lovingly calls you out and then hands you a raw, simple and crystal clear three part process to get out of your way and finally finish. So simple, you might have been overlooking it all your life, until now.
If you’re chronically stuck in “almost done” mode this book will shake you gently (or not so gently) back into momentum.

Gabriel CostaReviewed in Spain on 1 July 20255.0 out of 5 stars A REALLY useful book
Format: Kindle EditionVerified PurchaseThis book is a bolt of lightning for anyone who struggles with focusing or self-doubt when dealing with any creative project, at any level. The author doesn’t just write advice—she radiates it, with a voice so vibrant and charismatic you can practically feel her energy leaping off the page. Fabrizia's gigantic, solar personality turns even the simplest tips into motivational sparks, making it impossible to stay stuck for long.
What sets 'Stop F*cking About' apart is how effortlessly practical it is—no vague theories, just actionable steps wrapped in infectious enthusiasm. Whether you’re an artist, entrepreneur, or just someone drowning in ‘someday’ ideas, Fabrizia's words will yank you out of hesitation and into motion. A must-read for anyone who could do with a helpful push to get unstuck, every time, if and when needed. Furthermore, the book itself is a joy to look at, as the excellent graphics make it literally come alive, turning it into a real companion supporting and advising along every step of one's creative endeavours.
Last but not least, all penguins agree (you will understand...) - and that's enough to get a copy right now!

Mariachiara MarongiuReviewed in Italy on 1 July 20255.0 out of 5 stars Il libro che ti fa smettere di sembrare impegnata e iniziare davvero
