    To start off, the set up was a bit strange with asking about my gait and distance I walk per step in cm. I thought that was a bit challenging to answer. Once I got past that silly option, there were some really interesting features:

    Pros:
    - Stress monitor: It is interesting to see how the ring tracks my stress, specifically during which meetings it peaks versus later in the day when I am playing with the dogs. I really loved being able to track the levels
    -Sleep: I am not a fan of wearing anything when I sleep, but thought what the heck let me give this a try. The ring is able to break down my quality of sleep from deep sleep to rem sleep. I have seen how if I drink a glass of wine at night vs not vs exercising how my sleep quality changes. It was interesting to see the night I drank wine I had 23 min of rem sleep vs being out and walking around the city it was 1hr 42 min. A bit mind blowing.
    -HR: Cool feature, very similar to other products. The sleep and stress were the really interesting features
    BP: It is nice that it continually monitors my BP. This is great for seeing how my BP changes based on stress. Pairing these bits of data have been really helpful in seeing how to reduce my stress.
    Cons:
    Steps: I am not sure if this is more of a setup issue or device. When I compared my Apple Watch to the ring, both are on my left hand. I saw that the steps were 1.5k difference. The ring was showing that I was walking more. This wasn't a deal breaker for me because the steps wasn't what I was looking for out of this.
    App: The app is a bit of a barebones app, it has what you need, but I would love to see it expanded to have more details and features.
