The product is amazing and the service is also very good. Blends everything as per requirement. Good for making smoothies. Just don’t use very hard food items to grind. Mine stoped working in a week, but the. I raised a complaint on their helpline and they provided me a new machine within 3-4 days. Impressed by the customer service.

Honestly, I’ve had a really good experience with this juicer. It does the job well, gives good juice output, and has been pretty reliable for daily use.

But what really stood out for me was their support. Even after more than a year, they still honored the warranty and gave me a replacement without any drama. That’s something you don’t see often these days.

Overall, I’m happy with both the product and the service.

The appliances like a mixer grinder are bound to face occasional issues over time, so a small hiccup didn’t come as a surprise. Initially, the machine was working perfectly & meeting expectations. However, after some time, it suddenly started emitting a burning smell, which was concerning.

I reached out to the customer support of Nutripro (Cookwell Domestic Appliances Pvt. Ltd.), and I must say the experience was pleasantly surprising. Their team was prompt, responsive, and genuinely helpful - something that is not very common in the Indian consumer appliance space. After a quick inspection over a short video on whatsapp, they acknowledged the issue & arranged for a replacement without unnecessary delays or complications.

The new unit has been delivered and is functioning well so far. Overall, while the product did face an issue, the excellent after-sales service more than made up for it. Posting this review after a period of 6 months after I received the replacement. Thumbs up to the team. Keep it up guys.

Good quality product, compact and easy to use, value for money and excellent customer support

Good product. After research, I bought this product from amazon. Had an issue with the product after the first use itself. Reached customercare through call and Whatsapp. They asked to share few details (vedio and pics of the product).

Immediately after sharing they resolved the issue by replacing with a new mixer base. They followed up every minute till the delivery of new product to me. They arranged the pickup for the old product at our door step, and delivered new product through courier.

Great customer support. Satisfied.
