    Was late night shopping and came across this item. I already had a shredder, but it’s the claws. And I find those backward to use.
    This arrived and I immediately put it to work. Cooked up a chicken for chicken salad. Plopped the chicken right on the shark teeth and did the twist. I might have over done it the first time but still perfect.
    After twisting a bit, a little bit of the chicken might get caught in the top. Just pull it off a twist again.
    I also just did BBQ pulled pork. Let me tell you, last time I made it, I kept burning my fingers from shredding the pork.
    Tonight I tried shredding two chicken breasts at one time. It was a little hard to starting twisting but not long. Four chicken breasts took me less than two minutes to shred.
    Several things that make this way worth it.
    1. Cuts down shred time.
    2. Easy to use.
    3. Dishwasher safe.
    4. Mini arm work out. Haha
    If you wash this by hand, which I do, I can’t stress enough on how much you have to be careful. Those shark teeth are sharp. Not ninja blade sharp, but sharp.
    The only downside is, it didn’t come with an instruction book. Oh well.

    I bought this because I heard of the ease to use in shredding up meat...it really is easy! the clear top let's you see the progress of the shredding and because it's layered, there's a durability and less of a mess that goes everywhere. A silicone honeycomb mat is also given with this purchase to help hold the meat shredder in place so that it doesn't slip. The only negative thing I would give about this product is that it is difficult to clean if you don't have a dishwasher and when you place the parts back together again, the arrows are so faint on the plastic pieces that sometimes I feel like I'm "playing Where's Waldo?" with this thing....in the beginning I didn't even realize there were arrow markings on it and was frustrated in trying to put the parts together again after washing it until I looked closer and saw an arrow sign to help match them up...smh
