I purchased this some time ago and wanted to wait until it's cycled through a bunch of soap reloads and battery charged.
I'm happy to report it's been flawless this entire time and the battery lasted a really long time 4+ weeks. Charging was easy and was completed in under two hours.
I like the ability to customize the amount of soap that is dispensed as one of these we have in the kids bathroom set to a smaller qty since they have smaller hands where as the one in my on suite gives more soap since my hands are bigger.
