Bacopa extract is a strong antioxidant herb that prevents free radicals from doing damage to the body and brain. The One A Day Cognitive Support contains 300mg of Bacopa, the exact amount that has been shown in numerous studies to help improve cognition, in particular memory function. If free radicals contribute to brain fog and Bacopa can neutralize them, memory should improve. I am all for taking herbs that may have positive effects on my brain health and memory function. The One A Day brand by Bayer has been around for awhile and lives up to its name. You truly only need to swallow one capsule a day. A simple way to help my brain function better throughout the day. No adverse reactions from swallowing these capsules have occurred for me. The 2 bottle 2 month supply is a no brainer to try out.

    I've used this product for four months and they're helpful. I've had no side effects. I've noticed in some of the reviews the comment that 'they taste and smell horrible' . These are capsules; they're intended to be swallowed whole, not chewed. They neither taste bad or have any oder. Perhaps the reviewers are posting their comments to the wrong product page. At $20.00 for a 30 day supply I don't consider them 'pricy' versus the benefit they provide.

    I'm going to be honest. Although I am giving this a 4 star. I don't know if it worked. One minute I would feel like it was working but other times ehh I couldn't really tell. It didn't affect my sleep or anything. Some days I would feel like I am getting an energy boost. Other times I didn't. I noticed it made my stomach hurt a little bit . It is rather pricey in my eyes and won't buy them again. But everyone's body is different so it won't hurt to give it a shot!
