    very decent tablet with just enough horsepower to do what I need to do for on the go computing. rooted via odin cli tooling and have termux installed so if in a pinch, I can actually write some code with this thing paired with a bluetooth keyboard (depending on the chrome bag I'm using - kadet or the mini). also decent enough to use a capacitive stylus to mess around with krita and surprisingly can play some ps2 games with (had to build an apk and sideload it). just had to turn off all of the spyware installed by default. pics or it didn't happen.

      I ordered a A7 Lite from another retailer on sale (WM) and it just wasn't doing the job. After watching a few YouTube videos I decided I didn't want to spend the extra bucks for the A9. Until I found this. Yes it's Middle East, and after setting it up I can't tell. NO ISSUES with set up. I picked UAE and that was it. Price was great, this tablet is faster, has more space, NO COMPLAINTS!! Fit and finish is up to par with my S8+, plays all my favorite games no issues, the A7 lite couldn't. It just basically works very well. Speakers sound better than what the reviews claim. The face recognition works about 75% of the time. But I have a beard and long hair... My MS Surface gets it everytime.... Not a deal breaker. Anyway, So for a few dollars more you get 100% more storage, 25% more ram, and a better CPU and GPU... Win win in my book!! Fast, nice screen, sounds good, nice build quality... HAPPY

      I have always been an Apple ecosystem person and never liked Android, however now that I am retired I am seeing that the much higher prices for some Apple products like the iPad may not be worth the price. I am super happy with this tablet; size is perfect, performance is good and the price was many hundreds of dollars less that an Apple iPad Mini. In fact, even a refurbished iPad mini is hundreds of dollars more. The Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 has really blown me away. As mentioned, the performance if really good, video is excellent and the sound is very loud and clear. I recommend this tablet over any Android tablet I have tried.

      I have the "international version" and its works fine in the USA. Select English and any country from the list. The key item of interest is this is NOT a region locked tablet. Think Verizon. It works well on all apps except one, Samsun health when paired with a watch. The EKg part of the app didn't work for some reason. I have had the Samsung watch "international version" with the same results works fine in the USA.
