I just got this chair after looking for something I loved for over a year. The photos don’t show the color well but after reading other reviews I decided to take a chance and I’m so happy I did. The colors are lovely. The pink is more subdued and the grey is lighter then what the photo shows. The colors are kinda ugly in the photos but in person they are perfect together. It is made very well and is super easy to put together. I have a big bum so the slight edges on the side are super nice. Would give this more than 5 stars if I could. Ordering a second one now!

    I bought this chair for my home office. I wanted something adjustable, comfortable and that I could easily roll around in. This chair is great. It was very easy to assemble. All the parts were included and the directions were clear. I had it put together in five minutes. The design of the chair is very trendy and alows the chair to be quite comfortable. The bottom seat is very wide and spacious which I really like. I like to adjust my sitting position often. With the seat design I can easily cross my legs, sit with both legs crossed on the seat, lean forward and lean back. It's great! Also the padding is more than sufficient. This was a great purchase and I am very happy I bought the chair.

    This is the greatest chair ever, it has a classy style, comfortable and when you aren't paying attention when you go to sit down it's sides are curved upward so you don't fall out. I took the arms off my old chair which was good and wasn't old but when I would get busy and go to sit there wasn't anything to hold on to. I highly recommend the Ophelia Bentwood Task Chair, it's classy ,comfortable, and very durable. I chose the French Gray which is a very light gray the wood is almost a gray wash in color which is so good looking. The back is a mid back on my 5' frame, which is perfect because it fit my back great and it doesn't over power the space. I have only had the chair for a week but LOVE it!

    The first chair arrived and it was relatively easy to assemble and looked great. It was reasonably comfortable and I work at a computer all day so Im in a chair for most of it. After a week, the chair had developed such an ear-piercing squeak every time I moved in it, I had no choice but to return it. The company had inserted a pamphlet asking customer to contact them directly instead of going through Amazon. I called True Innovation only to be told that the product was so new that they couldn't send a replacement part and that the entire chair would need to be taken apart and sent back. Fortunately this included a paid label. They arranged a new chair for me while on that call, which was impressive.

    Three days later, the new chair arrived. I assembled in again only to find that the back seat of the chair would not line up with the bottom even if i left the screws loose. At that point I decided that for the price I was paying, it needed to be much better quality. I promptly returned the second one and purchased an office chair from another supplier outside of the Amazon network.

    Customers service is good. Poor quality product doesn't live up to the team's effort to resolve.
