Printer charges with a regular USB-C cable, not a fast-charging cable and support for the printer can be easily reached with lots of solutions for problems the printer may have. Overall, great product!

Usage it good, if you know how to use it. To get full access to all features, you don't have to pay for the membership. You don't have to have it though if you don't want. Print quality is decent, doesn't need to be fancy in my opinion, I used it to print names for Christmas gifts, so worked great. I was confused on why some printed and some wouldn't. I contacted support and they replied quick and explained how it works, so after that, it was easy to understand how to use it. Connection is fast on Bluetooth. It did come with 3 small rolls, and I did switch out the colors several times during Christmas.

After managing to set up the printer, my hopes were quickly dashed when I attempted to print my first document. No matter what I tried, the printer consistently failed to respond to print commands. I checked all the connections, ensured the papers were properly installed. Yet, the printer stubbornly refused to cooperate.

To make matters worse, the printer's really poor quality, it’s flimsy and prone to jamming, and the overall quality feels cheap and fragile.
