    This was an impulse purchase. I had no idea that something so simple would be so good. It tastes like soy sauce, but...it just goes really well with eggs. Much better than regular soy sauce. I'm obsessed with making BECs and putting this on top. I *love* making scrambled eggs and putting in a bit of the soy sauce before cooking. My husband is starting to think I'm weird because of how much I love it--he just doesn't understand the appeal of soy sauce on eggs so doesn't want to try it. I'm going to have to slip him some eggs with the soy sauce and initiate him into my cult.
