This is a simple, but POWERFUL book. It holds a lot of biblical value and strength. The subconscious mind is more powerful than most people would care to chat about. If the average person could ever sit still long enough and actually take an interest to conquer their thoughts and renew their minds it would be a lovely day. The world would be as peaceful as a field of fresh flowers blooming in the spring. It would shed light on a whole new beginning of life almost like a butterfly coming out of its cocoon and flying freely into a new environment. Our thoughts become our actions and our actions have a way of displaying our personal behaviors which depict our characters. This is a good book for a mature person that is ready and willing to seek personal changes. I read this book and shared this book with my husband last year around this time. Change is always good, but you have to desire it first.
