This is a very bulky item, you do get a set of two fork/slicer utensils, they are a little bigger than a pen and definitely wider. I did not think this through, I thought this would have been a great way to cut and eat watermelon, if you simply cut a watermelon in half and proceed to slice, you will only get down so deep in the watermelon and then have long square cuts if that is what you are looking for. If you want to cut the watermelon in slices and serve people a slice and let them slice and fork their own cubes that will work but then why not just cut the watermelon into triangle slices?
The only main purpose I can see this being used for is if you got those mini watermelons and then went on a one person purging spree and ate straight from the watermelon small enough to make the cuts and cubes. I also though this could be great for possibly camping, save you on utensils, plates, and easy clean up. This just turned out not being my favorite utensil design.
