The Canterbury collection features a cutting-edge ceramic nonstick with multiple layers of diamonds—it’s metal utensil safe, 3x more durable than traditional coatings, and delivers incredible release. Like all GreenPan products, it’s free of PFAS, PFOA, lead, and cadmium, so you can cook worry-free. Crafted from hard anodized aluminum, this ultra-tough set is designed to stand up to daily demands. The glass lid gives you an easy view of your meal in progress and the ergonomic stainless steel handle makes sure you have the grip you need. The quality of these pans is extremely disappointing. I’ve used two of them on an induction cooktop, and the bottoms appeared to melt after the very first use—there was even a strong, unpleasant chemical smell while this was happening. Also, the interior surface is definitely not non-stick as advertised; food sticks easily. I would not recommend these pans.

    Not non-stick for long. First use I couldn’t stop an egg from sliding around. In less than a couple months I couldn’t peel an egg off them. Replaced within a year.

    we’ve been using these for about a month. so far,
    we love them! we were really tired of using our stainless steel pans. I know that there’s very specific things that you have to do to get things to not stick to them, but for some reason, I was never able to figure it out. Decided to donate those and get these instead! I haven’t had anything stick to them at all! they wash very well and seem very durable. I think they’re a great value for the money because a lot of nonstick pans can be very expensive. I wanted something that was not toxic as well! And based off of the research I’ve done, these are one of the best options I could get. I did swap out all my cooking utensils for Wood ones, so I don’t know how scratch resistant they are. But I was always told not to use metal utensils on the majority of my cooking pans anyway.
