    the instant ice cream maker is FABULOUS - - and my one query was quickly answered when I sent a message. After purchasing the unit the package itself did not contain instructions related to amount and proportions to use in making the instant roll ice cream. the first time I made it - way too sweet. However with info from vender on proportions - YUM. (I was not able to find on line good info on proportions either. ALSO - I would like to see other recipes such as sorbets utilizing this unit. thanks for making such a good product - - my grand children love it !!!!

    There were no instructions included with product which would specify how much cream or how much Sweetened condensed milk. After researching online we use 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk to 1/2 cup heavy cream. It is extremely difficult to get rolled ice cream. Even after several attempts we have only achieved a couple.

    My children were so excited that we bought this. We put it in the freezer like that directions say for 24 hours. Then you put your ice cream liquid on it and scrap until it is thick enough to roll. Delicious and a lot of fun. We watched a couple of you tube videos on how to do it before we began.

We put it back in the freezer with ice cream mixture on it. Also the recipe all 3 of my kids said it is gross. We came up with a new one we found online.
