Just got these so will see how long they actually last. They really take the time to package it very well as shown in pic. They have a nice weight to them and the handles are nice and long. I used my fry pan for the first time yesterday and what I noticed is I had to raise the heat to high to get my shrimp to cook which usually on my other pans wasn.t the case see pics. It says not to over heat pans and put on the right size burner which I always do but yet had to increase the heat on the stove so I'm not sure why this is. You do need to oil or spray pan before use. I will keep them but hope that having to increase heat to cook with them isn't going to become an issue.

    I received these last night. The color is beautiful and the feel like they have a good weight to them but, a couple of them came with chips. Argh! I think I’m going to have to return them. It’s hard to know if they will just keep chipping and I really don’t expect to receive damaged product. I am so disappointed I spent a lot of time looking for pans that were a healthier option and had a little personality and these really seemed perfect. I did reach out to customer service around 5:30 is last night to see if they could help me out. It’s only 10 am here now so, hopefully I will hear from them today with a resolution or I have to return them and order another set from Macy’s.
    *** update*** I’m so glad I bought these! I have cooked with them and the non stick is amazing!! In the last year this is the third set of pots I have purchased. These by far are the best quality and I love the color! Customer service is replacing the two pans that came chipped! Thank goodness because, I am a fan of these pots! My other pots had a smell when I cooked with them and would give me a headache. These don’t have a smell. It’s great to have cute pots that are durable, cute and healthy!!

    Having never had new, let alone a matching set of pots and pans, I'm especially thrilled with these. They were exactly what I was looking for in quality and also aesthetic appeal as they are beautiful. The non-stick coating is wonderful but more important to me is that they are made with safe, chemical free materials. The utensils are a nice bonus and aren't cheap and flimsy. While these products are all new and fantastic thus far, if I run into any issues I will update my review but so far so good!

    Update: Five months or so later of much use and they are still just as good as new. The non-stick is fabulous and really easy to clean. That I can make rice crispy treats and the gooey marshmallow just slides out of the pot with a paper towel is awesome.

    I got these as an early birthday present surprise from my fiancé. When I open the box I just could not even believe a set of cookware could come in my favorite color! They are so beautiful and the nonstick is amazing! I barely use any oil or fat to cook with these pans and the heat distribution is excellent. These are definitely heavy duty and built to last, but they are not too heavy to handle often. Also, I absolutely love how easy they are to clean. You run them underwater and they practically clean themselves. The fact that I can bake in them and they have these amazing silicone handles is just over the top amazing. I can’t think of one other thing that I would like to have an a cookware set.
