    I love this product so much, perfect for rain lovers. The color range is so pretty and setting it up was very easy. I like the different settings of what kind of rain you want and how much mist you want. I’ve had this product for over a year and the rain droplets stopped working so I contacted them and immediately they responded offering a replacement. I got another one so fast and it works perfect. This product is so worth it and customer service was amazing. Totally reccomend buying this product from here!!

    I was a little concerned about the product at first. When I received it, the packaging had a huge hole in the side of it (fault of Amazon, not the company). The product itself did not seem damaged though. As I took it apart and plugged it up, all of the features worked except for the rain. I reached out to the company through an email address that they had within the packaging and they were so incredibly helpful. They helped me get the rain feature to work and they even offered me a 50% refund for the trouble which I thought was so incredibly thoughtful and kind. They even told me that if the product did not work, they would send me a brand new one due to the warranty the product had. The overall quality of the product is very nice. The rain noise and the cool mist is very soothing. I also love the light features it has with so many options to choose from. I definitely wouldn’t mind buying from this company again. Thank you for the amazing customer service experience and the kindness and support you have given me!!

    I was really disappointed with this. I loved the concept and it worked great for a while, until it didn’t and it got clogged. The rain would no longer come out and I could not understand what happened. The great thing was, there was warranty and you could email the company and they would send you a free one, but that one also broke and it personally wasn’t worth it for me. It was very easy to use and I definitely had it on 24/7.

    I feel stupid for not returning this when I first bought it. This item is too expensive to only work a few times and then breaks. I’ve only had for a few months and it has started to make rattling sounds and drip doesn’t work properly. Item is made very cheaply and challenging to clean.

    I saw this on Lemon8 and fell in love with the idea. It was visually pleasing and I love the sound of rain. We run it in the living room and there is one in my little ones room. It is easy to refill, my little one fills his up every so often. He puts it on at night and chooses the color he wants to illuminate his room and goes to bed. The soothing rain drops usually knock him out. The water lasts for days, I want to say a maximum of 2.5 to 3 days. There is the humidifying smoke as well as the white noise to keep the room calm. When the rooms are silent, the water falling sounds like a fountain. An overall good buy.

    We first saw this in our local mall for $90. My son and daughter really wanted it. I knew I could get it cheaper and Amazon had it for a third of the price. I purchased 1 and will be purchasing another one soon. The lights change color, the mushroom drips water and it also produces a fog. Super cool for a kids bedroom. I would like one for mine but the dripping water would make me want to keep peeing. I recommend this for the fun aspect. As for a humidifier it’s not going to do much. My advise get a real humidifier and one of these so your kids are happy 😃

Fill this little device with a few drops of your favorite essential oils, it will pump a relaxing, natural scent throughout your home which helps to calm the mind and pave the way for a good night's sleep. It also functions as a humidifier that evenly humidifies its surroundings. How to Clean IMPORTANT! Recommend to clean the diffuser once a week! Please unplug the unit before cleaning! 1. Empty the tank and add 3-5g (approx.one teaspoon,based on scale of the residue) baking soda / NaHCO3 to the tank. 2. Fill the tank halfway full with warm water(200-250ml/6.76-8.45ftoz,50℃/ 122°F),stir it to fully dissolve. 3. Soak for 3-5mins, wipe down the tank and the clear plastic using a small brush or soft cloth with baking soda solution. 4. Drain the solution and rinse the tank under tap water. 5. Rub the inside and outside dry with a dry towel or clean cloth. Notes: 1) You may use dish washing detergent when baking soda is unavailable. But it works better for oil removing instead of odor and mineral buildup. 2) Do not rinse the base directly with water; try to avoid wetting the buttons, light holes, air inlets and underneath to avoid short circuit. 3) It is not recommended to clean the unit with white vinegar since its direct and indirect contact with the atomizer will damage it permanently.
