Cute, clean usable design and has a lot of nice features and options on the app. Interested in it for labeling, pricing and adding barcodes to items. Loading the tape refills is super easy. I have an Android one plus 9 and the app was really customizable and intuitive. Love the handle to cut the tape off on the printer. Just cute, quirky and satisfying. Glad they include a pre cut slit in the tape roll to make removing the back of the stickers easy.

2. Insert the tape, making sure that it clicks into place.
3. Pull out the transparent guide piece about 0.5 inches and cut it off

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I will admit I purchased this because it looked cute. I did see a few videos on it and after waiting forever for other printers to come down in price I pulled the trigger and purchase this guy. Not only is it adorable but it is also very useful. The app is extremely useful and has lots of choices. I do wish they updated it and provided even more art as there are some categories that I feel are missing (I have a lot of camping gear and I have a lot of kitchen products that I want to label) but nothing I can't work with. At a certain point the handle stopped working for me (used to cut the label) and reached out to the company for a fix. They ended up sending me a new one. Unfortunately, we both got something wrong in my address thanks to autocorrect and they had the wrong zip. I contacted them again and they would send it again. I came home from vacation and found it only the original one that was sent but also a second one. These folks work EXTREMELY hard to earn your business. I am am absolute fan.

Easy to Use: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
It is easy to use because there is a detailed instruction in the box tells you how to download the app and connect with the printer. There is a USB-C port in the back for charging and the cable is included. There is a cut on the white side of the label which makes you easier to peal the adhesive.
My experience:
In the past, I have to use the console tape to label things in my home studio, but I noticed this is not a perfect solution to make it nice and organized. Having this machine helps me make clear labels to things like microphones, cables, and other gears. So I don’t have to worry about messing up things ever.
