    This book is up there with the greats of spirituality and psychology. It proves you with step by step instructions on how to become enlightened and is a practical guide to emotion. One day this book will be taught in colleges and universities it is that good and it is well worth the read for anyone seeking enlightenment or insight into the psyche.
