Product Description

Lupine products are proudly built in Conway, New Hampshire and Guaranteed (Even if Chewed). They are not chew-proof (no fabric is!) but if they get chewed, LupinePet will replace them. Search on ‘Lupine Guarantee’ to see how EZ it is!
1-inch-wide leashes are suitable for medium and larger dogs. They are available in three lengths: 6-foot; 4-foot; 2-foot. Shorter leashes keep the dog closer. Consider the distance from your hand to the dog’s collar when choosing a length. A leash can always be shortened by holding it closer to the dog.
Lupine Originals are made from woven nylon in an array of colorful designs. The pattern is woven into the webbing, rather than printed or sewn on. Made with strong bar-tack stitching, welded steel hardware, and ends are turned under and stitched to protect fur and skin.
Matching collars and harnesses are available.
Machine or hand-wash, warm water and mild soap (no bleach or bleach alternative). Air dry completely before use
Lupine products are not intended for tie-out.

    I was looking for a shorter leash than all that I already own. The shortest I have is a 4 feet leash which I use all the time when I bring him out for walks. However, I had to always wind it round over my hands a few times to make the leash shorter so that I can have better control of my dog since he likes to walk infront of me and sometimes he pulls. And when he does pull hard, especially when he gets excited over meeting other dogs or new humans, the wound up leash tightens over my hands and hurts after a while. With this 2 feet leash, it's perfect. I don't have to wind up the leash. All I do is loop it onto my wrist and that's it. The length is perfect for me to control my dog at my side. A gentle tug to correct him and he knows he should stay at my side.

    I've owned a few Lupine leashes and I can attest that they are made of the highest quality. Anyway, they have a lifetime warranty for their leashes - even when chewed. So I'll always stick with Lupine. I highly recommend this leash.
