I buy these exercise fads I see in instagram all the time. I’m giving this 5 stars because it does what it says. You can easily take the handles out and reposition them. It will last. It’s understandable. Honestly I don’t know if they help with effectiveness because like most fads we just don’t use it that much.

I bought this based on my nephew's request for Christmas and he loves it! He uses it everyday after school and 6 months later, & almost a year later he's still using it! He said it's comfortable and easy to use and it has stood the test of time with daily use. Nothing has broken off so the plastic is pretty strong. I'm happy with my purchase because he's happy! The only thing I can tell you though is that he probably 115 pounds of basically all muscle so I'm not sure how this would work for someone that's bigger.

Easy to use best on caroet

I got this thing for the office as “push up tax” for all the IT people that won’t stop congregating around my cubicle. Easy- cry about something you do 20- dealers choice, spend more than 3 minutes lingering around my cubicle attracting managements attention- 10 push ups, insults- 10 pushups- not to mention you can prepay insults! Great product and is hard to look at without trying it.

It is sturdy, hasn’t broke even though it seems a tad flimsy. Been holding up great!

It broke pretty quick. Still usable, so my son wanted to keep it rather than figure out how to return for refund.

You really feel the difference in the different positions, the exercise is more effective

If you do pushups frequently, this purchase is 100% worth it. It helps keep you in proper form (assuming you aren't intentionally cheating) and helps target the specific muscle group(s) you're aiming for. It's also sturdy; I've yet to come across an instance where the handles inadvertently pop out of the holes or the board itself slips.

I bought this item because I have wrist issues so I needed a different grip to do push-ups with. My brother had one and I decided to get the same. The plastic is rigid and the setup is easy. It comes with floor grips to put on the bottom (the spots match up to the inserts on the face) with extras in case you need them. The trips are a nice rubber as well. For context as well, I'm 6'2" and it's not too small. Overall, highly recommend.
